Only thing would be to maybe give an estimated delivery date at the time of ordering specific items - I ordered over a weekend and so had to wait for the email to tell me when it would be delivered. It was delivered quickly, but it would be better to know more in advance really to make preparation for the delivery. And even though the delivery man delivered to my doorstep (along a pathway), he must have dragged it as the end packaging at both ends was ripped & muddy. Luckily not through to the vinyl so you wrap them very well. But apart from that, I'm very happy with them - 2nd or 3rd time I've used them and will use them again. Great prices, great customer service guys, great products.
Item was not delivered and they would not proceed with a refund, dump your items outside your house and the only reason I know is they sent me a proof of delivery. You don’t get an email to say when it’s out for delivery or even when it’s been delivered, rude customer service when I rang up, and explaining that it’s not there fault and they wouldn’t offer a full refund as they have delayed my carpenter fitting the flooring, this bought more costs to myself and I have used another flooring provider.
Unfortunately you didn't have the flooring I wanted and was only notified after paying . But was offer to wait or to change it .as 8 had already pulled the floor up after ordering I didn't want to wait .
The delivery guys was lovely and so helpful not sure of there names but would like to give them credit . This is my second time ordering and I would order again tank you

Took one week not 2 days
On website stated that if ordered on Thursday would arrive on Saturday, not quite the case as they have to check whether it is in stock and then arrange for delivary, so I ordered on Friday and it arrived a week later. However saying that really good price and good quantity so overall am very pleased.

Had no problem ordering from the company, but was a bit disappointed with delivery that was delayed by two days so that meant I was not in when package was delivered, then driver ignored large sign on door to leave at neighbours ,but the product is great

The customer service is shocking.
After being given a tracking link that didn’t work and being misinformed of delivery slots 3 times, I spoke to a female member of the team who was rude, very passive aggressive, wouldn’t listen to anything I said as she continually shouted over me and had no idea how to speak to people

Try to be honest,that would be a starting point, ordered a £15.99 square metres x25 square metres in total,
But was delivered a product I did not order that was £10.99 square metres in the hope I would not notice....This is called misselling and FRAUD..
I'm STILL awaiting my money back Awful company....

Waste of tine
Ordered a remnant which it said was in stock, message at 7am to say item in stock and would be sent out only to get message at 11:30 saying item damaged here's your refund. So many days wasted with this luckily found another good seller. Don't waste your time with this company!!

I don't recommend ordering samples
I ordered 3 samples. One was out of stock (no mention as yet of them offering to refund) and they sent the wrong sample for one of the other ones. Additionally they didn't pay sufficient postage, so I had to pay an extra £1.50 for Royal Mail to deliver them to me.

Flooring not delivered, company said delivery attempted but I was in all day, checked CCTV and ring doorbell and confirmed no delivery attempt was made. A week later still no flooring!

Stay well clear.. promised delivery 4 days in a row.. waited in those full days as no specific time slot given, and still never showed. Shocking service
