The jacket is great and very unique I’ve not seen anyone wearing one in England yet, that’s one reason I chose it plus the brand produces good quality clothing, its warm has very good wind resistance, I had to wear it once on a motorcycle without any issues at high speeds because I was late for an appointment, the jacket has lots of interesting feature's in the build quality you can’t appreciate them looking at photos, the Zip is very good quality, but I’d be happier if it was more chunky like the one on my Canada goose bomber jacket. I would of liked a faster delivery option I would of happily paid extra for that, I ordered the coat mid day Saturday, it was despatched Monday landed in England on Wednesday night and it arrived Friday morning.
Poor customer service & didn't receive items. My order was confirmed but never went through and I wasn't informed. Payment did not come out. I had purchased on Black Friday sale. I didn't receive confirmation email, so I emailed customer service and was assured that the order was confirmed and would take 4-7 business days to dispatch. When I emailed about it again, I was told the payment didn't work (despite it showing as confirmed on my booking confirmation screenshot)and I needed to put my order through online - but at the raised prices. When I asked about why I had to pay the full price considering I had a confirmation number for the sale price, I was given a 10% discount code which didn't cover the difference. The code ended up not working. I once again emailed with a screenshot, and was told they had no IT issues and that the code should work. It didn't work and didn't apply any 10% discount at checkout. But they did not address the fact that the code didn't cover the difference between sale and full prices. I left it at that.
Funnily enough, I got notifications from the Shop app about this order being created, and then I was sent an email to review my order - which I never even received. Carhartt had many chances to rectify the issue as I emailed them so many times, but failed to do so. Polite emails with absolutely no substance.
The gilet is great I thought the beanie was ok. Was very lightweight and smaller than expected. Still a useful hat which I will wear.

3 stars are for slow delivery. Ordered on a Thursday and received following Wednesday through 48hr Royal Mail service.

Rest assured, we are in a full scale investigation to improve our lead times for returns coming from the UK and going to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Currently we do not have an operating warehouse in the UK and since this falls outside of EU there are a lot of custom procedures before the return can go to our final warehouse. Excellent quality, great customer service.
Trousers arrived quite quickly and were of a great quality. However the fit was great in the waist but too tight around crotch and thighs.
I have returned the trousers and will reorder a larger size once i have my refund back.
They lost the star as i couldn't organise a larger size to be shipped once they received the return.
Excellent customer service, apart from that minor irritation.

Returns on faulty items is a bit tight
Most of the clothing items are superb quality, but when it comes to hats and belts I haven’t had such a great experience. Belts that can’t hold a pair of shorts up and hats that fall apart after a only a year(not my only hat so they don’t get much use)
