Just ordered new water drinks unit. This is just amazing. Very pleased with this. It reminds me to change water, so the cats always have fresh water. The cats love it and used it straight away and love it. It was easy to put together and linked up to the app I use for their bowls.

We wish we had bought the Microchip Cat Flap Connect earlier. Pedro, the cat, has a new toy and no longer has to stand next to the door to be let out!

Excellent support Over the years of buying and using surepet products I have never been disappointed with the support or the service. I have one cat flap connect and two of the smart feeders. The feeders help control who eats what and how much and the catflap allows me to control my cats access even when away on holiday.

Ordered and with 10% off through cats protection. What a brilliant idea! The flap arrived within 24 hours and my big boy is now a happy kitty as he doesn’t struggle to get through the flap, it being the bigger size. Having to buy 4 extenders at £9 each, made it very expensive on top of the price, however, it is a great product, and we love the ability to have a curfew. It was easy to register the cats microchips too so that was much less stressful than previous cat flaps.

Quick service, our car flap and hub arrived very swiftly. Previously I had to speak with customer service about an unrelated matter - what a brilliant service too. They helped us to resolve our issue so easily. Thanks very much all round.

Best feature is the manual lock when the cat is scheduled for a Vet checkup. The battery monitor is a bit unreliable, showing full battery when the Time schedule starts to fail after a year. Best to replace batteries on a regular basis.

I have had this cat flap previously and on moving house have bought it again. Great for a bigger cat. Easy to make changes. I particularly like the curfew mode which I change when the clocks go back/forward.

It works very well. It is however a bit noisy and my cat seems to find it harder to come in than she did with the old cat flap, which had lost its microchip recognition facility.

One of my best purchases ever, lots of cat visitor problems till now. Bought this one recently for a second door, original purchase still going strong after 6+ years.

This is my second sureflap and the first one was still working just fine, but a bit worn looking after many many years! My new one looks so much better.

The system works well but seems to make excessive use of the batteries. Often lose comms between the flap and the router and need to reset.

Had no trouble re ordering new tags for the cats, you wouldn’t believe the condition it gets into, I don’t know how he manages to chew it.
