It’s a great product the first one lasted 10 years of hard use and worked very well. When it did eventually start to fail he after sales service is some of the best we have ever had I would recommend them.

This is the second cat flap I have purchased due to moving house and this is the better one as it doesn't need to read the microchip going out.

We are a multi cat household and our eldest one has only ever eaten dried food. However one of the other cats is food obsessed and prone to putting on weight. I bought the Sure Flap microchip feeder for the elderly cat so that he could have food available whenever he needed it without being pushed out. He very quickly got used to it and it has proved an excellent solution. I also purchased the back cover separately so that inquisitive heads couldn’t push in while the lid was open.

The cat flap was delivered the next day, which was great, because I bought it as replacement for my 10 year old SureFlap cat flap which seemed to have gone faulty. However, since then the old cat flap has been working okay again (after I replaced the batteries) and I have not yet installed the new cat flap. I will keep the new cat flap on stand by for the future. I have bought quite a few devices from SureFlap over the years and I have always been very happy with these. Yes, they are a bit expensive, but they work, they solve the problems, and they keep going for a long time.

We had our first Sureflap cat flap for eight years till it failed. During that time we had to replace the door flap and this was kindly done free of charge. Never had any problems till the batteries started running out of power quickly. Happy to buy another one and so simple to install and our cat happy to carry on as before.

Just ordered new water drinks unit. This is just amazing. Very pleased with this. It reminds me to change water, so the cats always have fresh water. The cats love it and used it straight away and love it. It was easy to put together and linked up to the app I use for their bowls.
