I liked that I could ring and speak to a technician to help fix my printer issue. However, I expected more "technical" assistance, i.e. a diagnostics check or something similar to be used to ascertain what the issue actually was. After being told to wipe the print heads with a damp cloth, I was told my cartridges were dry despite ink still being shown on the HP Smart software. So the solution provided was buy new cartridges, which of course worked. Solution was correct, so pleased a fix was found, but a little disappointed with the added cost and very basic "technical" advice. That said, the lady was very helpful and understanding.
I ordered my laptop to be repaired on the 17th of October. I was told it would take 5 to 15 business days. I then received an email that there was a parts shortage and will be delivered around the 20th of November. I deemed this to be unacceptable as I am a university student who relies on their laptop and was promised it would take a maximum of 15 business days. I then called your support team on the 26th of October and explained the situation to a man called Joshua. He then told me that the product would be delivered before the 30th of October. I triple checked and he continued to say this delivery date. I then received an email on the 30th of October saying that its new estimated delivery was the 2nd of December. Which is over 40 business days from when I placed the order. In my eyes this is unacceptable and I should either receive a replacement laptop whilst mine is under repair over the promised time period. Or a new laptop completely. I am a university student who need their laptop for their course and instead of doing work I have been dealing with your team. I have been blatantly lied to by Joshua, a member of your team which I find unacceptable, I have been promised calls to be returned by supervisors which have never happened. It is not the consumers fault that you are experiencing a parts shortage and as a service you should be responsible for finding a solution. I expect this problem to be sorted out ASAP and I want to hear back as soon as possible.

Your quality control is poor!
Laptop returned from a paid repair along with a quality checklist of post repair checks/tests completed.
Despite the quality report stating that ‘case correctly fitted and screws in place’, one of the only two screws holding the rear case in place was missing, how much of the remaining quality checklist was not carried out!
The laptop now has to be returned for a 2nd time to have the screw replaced leaving me without my laptop for an additional period.

DPD collected my laptop for repair on Thursday 27th April.
The driver was confused about labelling and recording the collection and gave me a huge roll of bubble wrap to package it. He stuck a label on the box and gave another one to me. and took the the box away. The following day another DPD driver arrived to collect the laptop. I explained it had already been collected. On the 5th of May the same DPD arrived again to collect the laptop. I explained again that it had already been collected. The HP Customer support page tells me that the unit was collected but it also says that I was unavailable for collection on 3 occasions, I was available. I rang HP on 6th May and they assured me the unit is with the repairer. I have paid a lot of money for the repair and would expect better service than this the status page is not helpful

Delighted with Best2Serve, who were recommended to me on the neighbourhood site Next Door. I have a new desktop computer (one month out of guarantee!) and I needed it urgently for my Creative Writing Course. Seb came to us straight away and had to take it with him as the problem was a chipped screen.
As soon as the new part was received Seb returned it to us and set it up again for us. I am happy to recommend this company to everyone whose PC needs some tender loving care.

Outstanding repair turn-around time
The repair turn-around time on my Desktop, which involved a new mother board,
was outstanding. DPD picked up my Desktop from my home, on the Tuesday and returned it to me on the Friday 2 days and 23 hours later. All my files were in place and the Desktop performed just like it always did. My only regret was that i had to pay for the repair, because the desktop was 6 months out of warranty. I was then offered an extra 1 year warranty at a fair price, which I have now paid.

I bought a HP Care Package and it was processed within 24 hours.
Easy and efficient, I have never needed to call upon the prior two Care Packages for my PC however it is good to know I am covered in case of a failure for two extra years. I got 20% off as well.

This was really very good indeed - whilst the actual issue (a missing driver relevant to a hub) was created by the hardware fix completed by HP, the way Mohammed researched, perservered and solved the issue was spot on. Very impressed.

keypad stopped working no idea why I renewed warranty for 2 years sent email and followed instructions and had phone call they could not fix remotely so had pc picked up next day returned few days later all fixed
