I liked that I could ring and speak to a technician to help fix my printer issue. However, I expected more "technical" assistance, i.e. a diagnostics check or something similar to be used to ascertain what the issue actually was. After being told to wipe the print heads with a damp cloth, I was told my cartridges were dry despite ink still being shown on the HP Smart software. So the solution provided was buy new cartridges, which of course worked. Solution was correct, so pleased a fix was found, but a little disappointed with the added cost and very basic "technical" advice. That said, the lady was very helpful and understanding.

I ordered my laptop to be repaired on the 17th of October. I was told it would take 5 to 15 business days. I then received an email that there was a parts shortage and will be delivered around the 20th of November. I deemed this to be unacceptable as I am a university student who relies on their laptop and was promised it would take a maximum of 15 business days. I then called your support team on the 26th of October and explained the situation to a man called Joshua. He then told me that the product would be delivered before the 30th of October. I triple checked and he continued to say this delivery date. I then received an email on the 30th of October saying that its new estimated delivery was the 2nd of December. Which is over 40 business days from when I placed the order. In my eyes this is unacceptable and I should either receive a replacement laptop whilst mine is under repair over the promised time period. Or a new laptop completely. I am a university student who need their laptop for their course and instead of doing work I have been dealing with your team. I have been blatantly lied to by Joshua, a member of your team which I find unacceptable, I have been promised calls to be returned by supervisors which have never happened. It is not the consumers fault that you are experiencing a parts shortage and as a service you should be responsible for finding a solution. I expect this problem to be sorted out ASAP and I want to hear back as soon as possible.

Unnecessary fees

As I was a HP instant Ink subscriber I could have had the help for free but the HP system dragged me into paying for the service. I requested a refund but my request has been ignored

doesn't do what it should

it is easier to get help now i have a phone number my frustration is my printer never does what i want it to do sometimes it unconnected from WiFi for no reason then i have to phone for help to get it back on line and it is never easy. when i scan documents i cant find them then if i do manage to to find them it tells me the file is corrupt it drives me crazy I bought an HP printer for it was recommended i wish i hadn't

The repair service Flextronics did not contact me to let me know when the collection of my laptop will be. This is despite that as soon as I have paid for my repair online, I sent an email to ask for notifcation of when my laptop will be picked up. It is only by chance that I happened to be at home the day DPD showed up. If I was not then collection would have to be rearranged resulting in more delays.

Your quality control is poor! Laptop returned from a paid repair along with a quality checklist of post repair checks/tests completed. Despite the quality report stating that ‘case correctly fitted and screws in place’, one of the only two screws holding the rear case in place was missing, how much of the remaining quality checklist was not carried out! The laptop now has to be returned for a 2nd time to have the screw replaced leaving me without my laptop for an additional period.

BTZB0441-01 DPD collected my laptop for repair on Thursday 27th April. The driver was confused about labelling and recording the collection and gave me a huge roll of bubble wrap to package it. He stuck a label on the box and gave another one to me. and took the the box away. The following day another DPD driver arrived to collect the laptop. I explained it had already been collected. On the 5th of May the same DPD arrived again to collect the laptop. I explained again that it had already been collected. The HP Customer support page tells me that the unit was collected but it also says that I was unavailable for collection on 3 occasions, I was available. I rang HP on 6th May and they assured me the unit is with the repairer. I have paid a lot of money for the repair and would expect better service than this the status page is not helpful

Paid twice in spite of guarantee

I paid for my printer to be repaired, but it wasn't. In spite of the guarantee I had to contact you and pay again - and the operative easily solved the problem. I pointed out that I had paid twice and was told he would look into the matter, but my latest Credit card statement (which I checked on Monday) indicates no refund was made. Poor treatment by HP indeed - can't recommend your company.

Let's see, where might be a good place to start. First I have 2 contracts with this supplier, I assume this is for the most recent. Then, how about zero contact over the period of the extended cover, then there was no contact to remind about renewal, then .... the renewal price had leapt up by a very large degree. To boot there is no clear visibility of the cover on my HP dashboard. The only positive I suppose I might have is when the machine decides to go 'bsod' or other form of breakdown, there might actually be someone on the end of the line to arrange a fix. Anyway, so far so good, all working with zero intervention from these bods.

Poor service

After I paid for this service your rep on the phone tried to connect to my phone but couldn't and told me to contact my internet provider. I explained the problem appeared mechanical and not to do with the internet connection. He didn't offer a local repair. I subsequently checked my printer's internal workings and cleaned it and the fault was cleared. Therefore, I've paid for a service I never received.
