Delivery was quick. The quality of the prints was not what I expected. The colours are not as vibrant compared to posters I bought from other places, but good service overall.

Lovely selection of prints and lots to choose from. The chosen print came really well packaged however I felt it took quite a while to arrive.

A good range of poters to choose from. Posters arrived on time in secure packaging. Good quality. Can't comment on frames as I recycled some from a previous project.

Quick delivery, good quality pictures. They were in a tube as bought without frames, but they were really hard to get out of the tube as they were tightly in the tube. No issues, managed to get out ok eventually. Would purchase again.

Prints are of good quality and I'm happy with them. I had trouble with receiving the delivery from FedEx as there was no way to reschedule or indicate morning or afternoon delivery from customer end, or to ask to leave package e.g. with neighbours, or redirect to a pickup point. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts I needed to go through Desenio customer service to sort it out (no trouble there, they got back to me the following day). FedEx were asked by Desenio to deliver to me after 4pm but proceeded to schedule 4th delivery in a row for a morning slot, which is when I'm normally at work. They finally left the canvases by my door though, which I was OK with, despite that it wasn't what was agreed. It shows for lack of understanding and poor communication from FedEx. Make sure you read Desenio's terms properly as during this experience I found out that if FedEx had sent my canvases back to Desenio I would have been charged extra 50% of order costs. This caused me a lot of stress and for that reason alone I won't order with Desenio again - i.e. the delivery service is unreliable and customers can't get in touch with them but at the same time after 3 attempts if you don't pick up your package yourself within 2 working days from a middle of nowhere, they might send it back, which might cost you a lot of money.

The product was exactly as ordered. Only criticism is that they used a courier rather than Royal Mail. Living where I do RM is always quicker as the couriers ship rather than fly the products.

Great pictures, however you should be prepared for a longer delivery timeframe.

Good prints that fitted in nicely with out style, they have a great selection on their website. Feels quite overpriced seeming as the quality of the images is not as sharp as I would have liked. Delivery took a long time also.
