I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

I love the prints from Desenio but delivery very poor

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Good prints, trouble with delivery

Prints are of good quality and I'm happy with them. I had trouble with receiving the delivery from FedEx as there was no way to reschedule or indicate morning or afternoon delivery from customer end, or to ask to leave package e.g. with neighbours, or redirect to a pickup point. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts I needed to go through Desenio customer service to sort it out (no trouble there, they got back to me the following day). FedEx were asked by Desenio to deliver to me after 4pm but proceeded to schedule 4th delivery in a row for a morning slot, which is when I'm normally at work. They finally left the canvases by my door though, which I was OK with, despite that it wasn't what was agreed. It shows for lack of understanding and poor communication from FedEx. Make sure you read Desenio's terms properly as during this experience I found out that if FedEx had sent my canvases back to Desenio I would have been charged extra 50% of order costs. This caused me a lot of stress and for that reason alone I won't order with Desenio again - i.e. the delivery service is unreliable and customers can't get in touch with them but at the same time after 3 attempts if you don't pick up your package yourself within 2 working days from a middle of nowhere, they might send it back, which might cost you a lot of money.

Quality of the prints is questionable

The print quality is questionable. It's not high resolution, so pixels are very visible on large prints. As for the frames, the front is made of plastic, which is less than ideal, especially considering the £20 price tag. Unfortunately, the prints arrived damaged with bent corners. Although I submitted a ticket, I never received a response. Having spent over £200, I expected a better experience, similar to what one might find at Snappy Snaps, for example.

The paper is aging-resistant and we've chosen to use a matte surface for a high-quality feel with no glare. We chose plexiglass because it hangs more easily on the wall and behaves better during transport. The plexiglass also does not give off splinters and is less dangerous even if it breaks. The order was delivered fairly quickly. My only gripe is that the poster inside the very secure packaging was slightly creased. The packaging hadn't been damaged at all, so it looks as though the poster was creased when it was inserted into the box. I am hoping that the creases will flatten out and I can still use the poster. A bit disappointed this time as I'm usually very pleased with my orders.

Pictures - good; delivery - poor

I'm pleased with the two pictures and frames - they are good quality and the timescale was kept. However, why did Evri deliver them to a collection point and not to my house? It's not as though no-one was home; the collection point is a good 10 minutes walk away (I don't have private transport) and the parcel was blooming heavy for me to carry. Not impressed with the delivery arrangement at all.

Delivery time

Just the delivery time. Poster was delivered on the very last day of the time estimate, which I thought was not quick anyway given how quickly orders normally arrive these days.

My prints arrived loose on their own in the box. Someone didn’t bother to place them inside the map so they can be protected. I ended up not being able to hang them because of the way the paper now looked. Haven’t asked for a refund yet but I had the rest of the house to order for which is now obviously not happening. Shame

Disappointed i had to contact you to find out what was happening with my order and then it got cancelled the agent was not very nice he made it sound was my fault as there was txt or something but he could have been nicer. This has put me off ordering again and i really wanted this for my husband christmas

Good products, poor delivery

Happy with the products but delivery was far too long, took well over a week to arrive despite them advertising it as ‘fast delivery’ on their website. These days people expect next day or 2 day delivery. Box was also not packed well so the bottom half was open when it arrived.

Love the prints... The tracking doesn't work though so after 6 days of being stuck on "Awaiting shipment" I had to email to ask when I could expect it. This is the second time I've ordered from this site and I had the same issue last time so it seems to just be expected

Allow normal delivery for those who have trouble leaving the house. For collection, allow more days instead of 2. Make location of lockers more specific, one at Stevenage Tesco is very hidden and took 2 days to find it. A bit overpriced but quality is still good.

Good art prints, but the quality wasn’t what I was expecting, the paper was very thin, like printer paper. I ordered a A3 print but the size didn’t work with the frame I bought it was too short! Overall slightly disappointed with the quality. But packaged well.

Absolutely love all my pictures and would buy again the only reason for 4stars was the packaging let it down. My order came in a cardboard box only and as a result the edge of posters were a bit crumpled. This wouldn't have happened if the came in a poster tube.

Great value on sale items but some items disappointing when arrived e.g. appeared to be poor quality printing. Fine for the price we paid on sale but not worth the full price, in my opinion. Otherwise, great and vast choice and love the gallery wall options.
