I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Still Not Happy But It Is What It Is
I didn't like that my initial query was answered off pat and that I had to request a follow up. Essentially I felt gaslighted.
I liked that my queries were dealt with promptly. However, I don't feel satisfied with the response. My poster is faded and not as vibrant as shown on Desenio's site.

Order was easy and delivery fast. Good selection of prints and the ones that I got I really like. Only disadvantage is that the sizings of the prints are weird not quite A3 which is very annoying when purchasing frames for the prints as they aren't a perfect fit.

Print quality wasn't as good as the pictures. The colours weren't as vivid and the ink on the paper wasn't solid, it was slightly patchy.
