I had a really great experience with the customer service. It was my first time using Desenio, and I didn’t realise my order would be split into 2 deliveries, so when the first part came I wrongly assumed some items were missing. I got through to a very pleasant lady within 2 minutes of calling. She kindly informed me when the second part of my order would be delivered and even sent a follow up email with tracking. Although I originally thought it was a little on the expensive side, the quality of the pictures are beautiful and I am planning on ordering again soon.

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Beware

Items haven’t arrived despite receiving notification they were on the way. No details on delivery in tracking, lack of response when contacted customer service. Christmas presents and will not be of any use unless they arrive tomorrow as they need to go overseas. Ordered early to avoid disappointment with any delivery delays but this is a joke.

I am so disappointed with this service. when I recieved my framed poster the frame was damaged and the poster doesn't look good in the framed. I paid almost £100 for this service which is a lot of money for me.i tried to contact DESENIO on several occasions through the website and still have heard nothing. I have had to contact PayPal.

Same print on Aliexpress

Delivery was quick and I anticipated it would take slightly longer as it was shipped from Germany. Communication was clear on delivery. However, I recently saw the same print which I purchased on AliExpress for a fraction of the price,which I wasn't happy about. Not sure how ethical this is.Messaged on IG but not had a reply yet.

Print low quality

No issue with the website or delivery but the print is extremely low quality. The image is pale, faded, low contrast, cheap looking. You wouldn’t think they charge £40 for a piece of low quality paper and inkwork. I would’ve been better printing it myself on a printer at home. Won’t be buying from Desenio again unfortunately

Unclear Information

The impression is given that pictures ordered with frames will arrive already assembled together. Tis is not the case. Also no advisory that this is not the case so you get a frame with no picture in it and have to go through the hassle of contacting customer services to be told that your picture will come seperately

My delivery hasn’t arrived within the allotted time you can’t get through to customer services and I have not received a response about my enquiry via the online response form just another automatic reply! Simply not good enough I will not purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Great product - shocking service

the order process and product is amazing and love my painting. The admin is SHOCKING, you cant call anyone. When emailing customer service they take 2 days or more to get back to you. My painting took nearly 10 days to get here, they used Fedex who where absolutely horrific.

Disappointing

I ordered two prints. One is ok but the second isn’t. It’s been misprinted. This should have been checked prior to delivery. I have contacted Desenio by email and their online form but have had no contact to resolve this issue. Their customer service is not taking phone calls.

Have ordered from them before and always been fine. My last order took longer than expected and the order I recently placed hasn’t arrived at all! I have finally been told I will have a refund . Such a shame as their products are lovely but don’t trust them anymore sadly

pictures arrived damaged, daughter sent 2 photos which says that is all you can put on. delivery box shows damage and they want more photos .i am 73 and have to rely on my daughter to do this,so i am just going to pay the postage to send it all back.Very disappointed.

Two of the posters arrived damaged. They are A1 size and had creases across them. The packaging they arrived in was not very sturdy given the fragile nature of the posters. I emailed Desenio straight away with pictures and after 5 days I’ve still not had a response.

Disgusting and Insulting. I reached out as I hadnt received my package after two weeks. 4 days later I was sent a picture of the package in a big waste bin, in and amongst black bag and told to retrieve it from there. This is an insulting level of customer service.

The last 3 orders I have made have either came damaged or have had missing items. In total I have had 2 frames arrive damaged and 2 missing prints. One of which I have been waiting over a week for a response in order for the correct one to be posted out to me.

Poorly packed and delivered

The delivery took much longer than projected and the posters were poorly packed (see photo of them falling out before I even opened it). All of the corners were dog-eared/folded which will still show up as a crease even when framed. Very disappointing.

Ordered not received 15 days later & no response from Desenio

I ordered my print on 4th February, still waiting for my order 19th February & a response from Desenio about it. Why any company still uses Evri as a delivery service is mind blowing?! Paying £5.95 shipping I expect to receive my parcel swiftly.

Damaged products and no further forward in resolving

The easiest part of dealing with Desenio was the ordering. The picture and frame that I ordered for my son’s birthday were both damaged. I have raised a query about it but am still waiting to hear due to high email queries. Not impressed.

No contact after damaged parcel delivered

Frame ordered 12/1/24 Packaging and frame arrived damaged. No phone contact. No reply to my emails. No reply to 'robot chats' that give me a job number and state someone will be in touch. Unable to attach pictures to robot chat too.

The returns process has been arduous and still not sorted. A £20 postage charge for 2 cushion covers seems extortionate. The cushion covers are a good design overall but the colour wasn’t what I wanted hence the reason for return.

They forgot to send the pictures then when they did send them the quality was terrible and they put a random quote on the picture saying Stockholm 2024! I’ve never been to Stockholm so why would I want that on my pictures
