I ordered a black beret as I bought a red one of their brand from Barcelona . Placing the order was quite straightforward as information about my order was sent to me straightaway with my expected the delivery date . There was a bit of Confusion as I accidentally placed 2 orders without realising. However , a quick telephone call to their customer service helped to resolve the situation. I’ve not used the black beret but looking forward to using it as I had compliments when I wore the red one .

The product that I ordered was a gift for my husband for Christmas. It was sent in a box with Stetson marked across the box. Which gives away the product. But what was appalling was that the indent with my name and address, my order, the price off my order was on the outside of the packaging for everyone to read. So as I was working when it was delivered and my husband received the package which is his Christmas present. I will not be posting a picture as it has my personal details. I am unlikely to order again due to this!

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We feel sorry that there is a customs charge appearing while transit. We cannot explain this happening. It seems like your order is sent along with wrong paperwork. We failed in this case. We have contacted you separately to find a solution. Dont worry about it. We will take over the payment.

Packaging.

Hello, thank you for your message and feedback. We are surprised about your feedback regarding this sending. Indeed, our hat boxes are marked with our brand. This is our signature. Additionally your address is always on the label attached to the parcel. Otherwise it wont arrive successfully. However, the pricing should not be included. We do only send invoices separately by mail. We have just contacted you separately to offer help and answer questions.

I emailed to cancel my order and I've still not had a reply or confirmation that it is cancelled. Also the hats are very expensive
