The returns process was so tedious. The customer service rep was not clear on how I could return the parcel no matter how many times I asked for clear instructions and I ended up having to pay almost £20 to send the package back to them. They take forever to respond to emails and don’t pick up their phones when you call. The worst customer service experience I’ve had ever.

Goods not received

Despite ordering thus item at the beginning of May I still haven't received the package I'm not sure if this is the fault of the seller or the Mail but Almost £30 out of pocket I'm disappointed

Images/colour of strap appeared different from the product which arrived. Delivery time was very poor, and slow. Good initial communication from seller, then nothing. Just wait.....

order went fine had e mail to say on its way ..had e mail from royal mail to say they had recieved notification of Parcel on its way ...and as the song goes " im still waiting " ...if / when I get my order maybe I will do another review .
