Refuse to refund for returned item
I returned the item I received the day I got it as it was the wrong item. After much hssle trying to get the *correct* returns form and sending it back they pretend not to have had it and refuse to issue a refund. I will be going to my bank once Trusted Shops have finished their "enquiry".
