Great website I like the fact that you can choose just products or products on a model. Easy to order and arrived well packed and very quickly. I’m so pleased with my bras I’ve just ordered two more. They are comfortable and fit perfectly. I was once a 34B but breast feeding three babies and now the menopause I’m wrestling with my hormones and am now a 36D!!. I literally couldn’t bear to look in the mirror but the minimiser bra had been fantastic giving me the look I’m after. Don’t get me wrong there’s nothing wrong with being a 36D it just didn’t feel like me. I now love my shape and feel comfortable in my clothes. Another plus I’ve joined My Triumph for all the offers and free postage

My box was delivered by Evri. It had a large hole 4"x4" in the side so that the tissue paper surrounding the bras was visible. There was no note from Triumph showing an order summary in the box. Neither was there any Returns information relating to the address or how to make a return in the box. Neither did I receive a confirmation of my online order. I wrote an e-mail to state these facts. The reply was unsatisfactory and I still do not have a return address. Their telephone number goes dead when you phone it. (020 3544 0066). This is an international company, and their customer service is breath- takingly inadequate. Additionally, Their web site is very poor and needs to be redesigned. They need to update stock and sizes more frequently so as not to waste the time of customers. Evri was/is Hermes and is a very unsatisfactory way to send expensive underwear to customers. Send goods by any means but NOT Evri.

Disappointed

Triumph sent me a great offer 3-4-2 . I ordered 6 bras and paid for 4 . Triumph cancelled the order due to technical difficulties. So I placed the same order again and the same thing happened. The offer was only for a few days and by the time they let me know the second order was cancelled the offer had finished

Better stronger packaging needed. Box arrived open. contents had obviously been removed from box, handled and only 2 items out of 4 put back in box. The 2 remaining items were out of the tissue paper and grubby.

Terrible Service. I didn’t receive the item at all.When i phoned the online store the assistant was no help at all. She told me that couurier returned item due to a technical issue. No explanation. Ive had no refund and no explanitory e mail.

Appalling service and communication!

I put my order in and got two emails saying my order would be delayed due to an incident in their warehouse. The next day I got another e mail saying my order had been cancelled due to not enough stock. The next day got another e mail say an incident in the warehouse again. I e mailed them with my thoughts on their service as their cancellation letter made it sound as if they were waiting for returned stock to come back in before sending it out to me.This sounds disturbing to me ! What about hygiene in a post Covid age! Just to top matters off I did not get a reply!! What has happened to this company which used to have great customer service and good communications.

Package arrived with the end split open. The items a bra and knickers were stuffed at the back of the box and the tissue paper, still with sticker was loose at the front. There was no note on the box to say it had been opened, no attempt to stick the end back down and I really do not like to think that my very nice looking underwear has been floating about in some warehouse. I had a message from Evri to say a parcel was being delivered that day but no communication from Triumph. All in all not a very good experience.

Worst service and still no order…

After more than the 7 working days they commit to having delivered your order, I still don't have my order, neither any response to my two enquiries I've raised with Triumph customer services through their contact form and email. No idea where the order is (ordered 31 July) as after surgery Bras and now had to purchase from another store at a higher price. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and would like a full refund ASAP.

I don't know whose fault this is. Evri claim they tried to deliver on 19/5 but could not, even though I was in all day and watching out during the 2 hr window. They have now returned the goods to the sender and I cannot re-order due to stock not available in my size. It seems that the house name was missed off the delivery label. I have asked Triumph to return the parcel to me with the full address on.

Unfortunately my order never arrived. Triumph site states it has been sent to Evri, but Evri site states it is still expecting a parcel from Triumph. It has been almost 10 days now sine my order. I have shopped previously from Triumph online and has t had any problems whatsoever. I hope the issue will be resolved so I can give Triumph the better rating it certainly deserves.

Delivery the goods that have been paid for instead of sending the first text telling the customer the parcel was delivered to a neighbour the an hour later telling them it would be delivered between 15-53pm - 16-53pm then a further text telling her that the goods couldnt be delivered

Still awaiting my order after a few weeks and various attempts to place the order. Then received various emails advising the items were still in my cart despite having received an order confirmation. When going back into the website, was told my cart was empty! Nightmare website.

Slow delivery due to coming from europe

I didn't realise that the bra was to be shipped from Germany. The sizes aren't accurate either. My bra is a bad fit but I really cannot be bothered to send it back. You live and learn. I won't be buying from here again.

I need a refund for a parcel that was returned by their carrier with their return label 15 days ago, which l paid for on the 6th of May. This is not an acceptable service from a so called reputable company.

Offer exchanges or honour discount prices if a customer needs to change sizes. Despite emailing this did not happen and a very assertive email was received which has put me off using Triumph again.
