I designed my own phone case and it was just perfect (in fact I ordered 2). Really impressed with the quality and fitted my phone perfectly. I liked the way I could use my own photos for this and the website made it really easy with good instructions.

when I googled phone cases, they come up with a co.uk address, so assuming they were in the UK placed and order. 10 days went by and I had to chase them to find out where my order was, as I had no email with any updates. They are based in Amsterdam, and the usual 'oh we have been overloaded with orders' was the response! Customer support is really bad, and my case took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. all they have offered me is a 10% discount on my next order, but I won't be using them again, so the offer considering the inconvenience is poor.
