WinHealth itself gives great service, but its courier DPD is not reliable. I paid extra for next day delivery (Thursday), but received a text saying "delayed in transit" - no reason given, no update on DPD website. No contact at all on Thursday, then woke up Friday c.10am to find a text timed at 06:43 saying delivery between 07:35 & 08:35. An email update said driver unable to deliver (despite a safe place being specified), would try again next day. Then at 16:49 another email arrived saying item had been delivered to my safe place! I was at home, heard no door bell or knock, & found item in safe place, a day late.

Excellent delivery and ordering process. The actual foot warmer doesn’t get that hot even on max setting. It works and functions ok but really needs a hotter setting, perhaps this is done for safety but, if so , ruins the point of the product to some degree.
