I liked the finished product very much, the quality of the box and jig-saw pieces were excellent. Colours were true to the original images. The combination I chose was not the easiest to see during the uploading on a small phone screen but it all came back successfully. I had downloaded a friend's holiday pictures from her FB site as a surprise present. I would definitely do this again.

I bought a frame for a 500-piece puzzle (not puzzleYOU), lovely, looks great. But it would have helped if the dimensions given were for the size of tghe aperture, not the frame. Also, had the white paper been a little bigger than the frame, I could have mounted the puzzle then trimmed it to fit, rather than have three goes at getting the aligh=gnment right.a treat

I found the whole process very easy to do. I am not tech savvy and so, this was welcome. PuzzleYOU kept me informed at all stages on the progress of my order. It didn’t take long to arrive. The quality of the box was outstanding. The packaging is robust and protects the contents. What gave it the special edge was being able to put a personal message on the box cover.A great gift for anyone who likes doing jigsaws. I am getting two more for friends as Christmas presents as they gave a 15% voucher. I am very happy with my purchase.

I have had fun making lovely personalised gifts of my family and friends. There are many more options of design and layout and size than other sites that I looked at. The turnaround has been swift and smooth and delivered very promptly. After making my initial puzzle and understanding the process I was able to take a picture of friends on their first day of holiday with us and have a complete puzzle to present to them by the time they left. That bowled them over.

I had a problem with my picture choice and I had sent a poor resolution. It was intended as a special present so I was dissappointed. The company agreed to redo my order and sort out my problem . They were fantastic and i can't thank them enough. Will order again.

I bought the 24 photo advent calendar for my wife. All photos of the family together over the previous 12 months. Yes, it takes a bit of sorting of photos in the first place, but the online editing works well, and time well spent in the preparation. We were blown away by the quality, the packaging, the attention to detail. She was soooo impressed! The best advent calendar… EVER! Hint: Choose the option to NOT get the finished picture on the box, much more fun without it! Once finished, you will NOT want to dismantle it! We went on to buy the official frame… Yes, it costs more than the actual jigsaw/calendar, but it fits perfectly, has a glass front, a metal frame, and the packaging was seriously impressive! I suspect this will become an annual purchase!

Always loved my purchases from puzzle you , had a frame come cracked …. Went online on there website , told them about it and took a photo of the damage it arrived in , and they sent another out straight away … ☺️ came within days , reliable and always making sure there customers are happy with there purchases . Will always continue to use them

Both puzzles I bought were great and there was a great choice of design options and my grandchildren have already made them. My only error was in choosing the box design - for one I chose a Christmas style box and for the other, one with the chosen puzzle design on the front... I hadn't realised that the plain one wouldn't have a copy of the design inside the box (so they know what it will look like) and there's no way on the website of tracking one's order and printing out the full picture afterwards (I managed to blow up a picture of the order photo with the box lid going across it as a compromise). That's my only criticism.

I have had three of the puzzles they are a great idea BUT The first one was an advent callendar sadly spoilt because the packaging was poor and most of the pieces had departed from their individual pots, destroying the whole idea. This and the others would be top class if the pieces were cut better and made of better quality cardboard. Wasjig Puzzles have it perfect and these nearly are but not quite .

Absolutely brilliant product. I bought puzzles for both sets of grandparents and they haven’t stopped telling me, and anyone who will listen how amazing they are and how much they love them. They arrived quickly, look amazing boxed and the quality is wonderful. I loved how I could put different pictures on each to cover all sets of grandchildren. My father has even started telling random people in the street, doctors surgery, wherever, how amazing he thinks it is and what a wonderful gift. I definitely got their best gift this year.

It was a present for my sister who loves puzzles. I got her the advent type of box. I just love that she's able to assemble it by date without knowing what the final image is. However I think the pieces needs to be numbered at the back as not everyone like to frame their puzzles. Some people, like my sister, uses it to relax and unwind. So I've suggested to her to number the pieces on the back so that she knows what goes back where. Perhaps something you could do too for future productions?

Very easy ordering system and the speed of service from order date to delivery was fantastic! I always look for advent calendars to buy each member of the family for the Christmas countdown and had been looking to get a jigsaw with a picture of our dog on as a present for my wife this year, then found the puzzleYOU advent calendar jigsaw. You know its going to be quality as soon as you open the packaging and the picture box itself is so strong and sturdy. So much better than standard jigsaw boxes! My wife absolutely loved it when she saw it and the little personalised Christmas message in the corner. She made a slight boo boo on December 1st though by emptying all 4 box segments onto the jigsaw mat before I had chance to tell her that it was Smart Sorted for ease of completion so the first days pieces were like starting a normal jigsaw where you start with the edges and work from there. However, every day from the 2nd December has been ace to sit down for a couple of minutes and complete a section of the puzzle. We've just got to the halfway mark and start the lower half of the puzzle today. I'll definitely be ordering more jigsaw puzzles (Unsorted) as gifts throughout 2026 and have already started a list of ideas for advent calendar gifts for people for next year too as having tried the Smart Sorted puzzle, I absolutely love it and get just as much of a buzz from seeing it come together in chunks as I do from piecing a normal one together over whats probably almost as long a time period. As I said previously, the quality is superb from box to puzzle. I might even treat myself to one with my company logo on as a Christmas present 🎁 to myself. Definitely the best thing i've bought this year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wondered how true the colours would be. I’m a photographer and am quite critical of these things. As it turned out, I am over the moon! Great colour and contrast, exactly as I edited on my PC! Price was more than acceptable given the quality of the puzzle and delivery time was also good. Thank you! Simon P

The puzzle you produced from my collage of photos is beautiful and made a great present full of memories. However, 2 things really annoyed me 1) you must have put cookies on our laptop as we kept getting all your adverts pop up everywhere and as I have used you before for a present for my husband - he kept saying why are we suddenly getting all you adverts. Then when it arrived it was in a box with Mypuzzle all over it and he took delivery when I was out. Please, please change your packaging to plain packaging so that surprise gifts aren’t spoilt!!

Very good, quick service. Templates were a little limiting, and jigsaws could do with a large picture of them(other than just the box lid) otherwise good. Can't comment on quality of jigsaw itself (is card strength and durability) as it was a gift. Looked ok. Not top quality but good enough

I have ordered and completed 7 Puzzles You, usually completing 1000 pieces on each puzzle. I’ve also done 2000 pieces which was more challenging it took me months to complete. I’ve now just completed my Seventh puzzle. I like the quality and I like the frames that fit perfectly into the puzzles when completed.

Easy to order and create plus notification of delivery. No issues there. However UPS your courier gave an initial incorrect delivery date, then on day of delivery incorrectly stated that a delivery was attempted twice, so changed to a drop box for which they failed to provide a code. I spent 4 days on the phone trying to arrange for a code and at the same time wrote to yourselves but you didnt' want to know which found surprising as you would have arranged for the delivery company to deliver. Not impressed with your aftercare or the response in your email.

Really nice calendar - we were expecting windows that you could open but it came as a solid box. - good that we can reuse it later, just not what we were expecting. The pieces are in nice little sections in the box, but they're small areas and they correlate with where the date is on the front of the box is so it's made the puzzle a bit easy, it'd have been nice if the calendar was mixed around a bit so it's not completed from left to right. The print quality is lovely, but some of the pieces don't slot quite right and leaves you questioning whether they're meant to be there. Overall it's a really nice gift, but perhaps a bit too expensive for the premium of it being an advent calendar.

The efficiency and quickness of delivery when sending the upload of photo of the puzzle you want, it’s done quickly and good quality. In fact, I’ve been so happy with the product I’ve ordered and completed over 10 puzzles over the years since 2020.
