Order placed 30th April order received 18th June. Sent an email 27th May to request information. Response - goods are in customs waiting for paperwork. Expect delivery shortly. Emailed again 13th June to request information. Response - product destroyed. No other communication received. The destroyed bottles arrived intact 18th June. Hold on, I originally ordered the last 9 bottles available!!!

We are sorry because we had so many problems with the first consignment which was stopped at Customs and later destroyed as we informed you. As we told you, finally we sent a new consignment which was sent on June 15th and this is the order received. At the time when you placed the order, you bought the last bottles but we got more in order to send the replacement. Sorry for the misunderstanding

The delivery was not complete. UPS damaged it. They informed you. I have sent you two emails since which you have completely ignored. It is pathetic. Take responsibility and do something about it. For sure you can claim compensation from UPS, but if you lose me as a customer you will never get me back.

Wrong wine delivered!! Barbadillo ordered,dry white would have been acceptable but med-dry San Valentin is just not to our taste.Semidulce no!!

Delivery is incomplete. Several bottles have been broken and DPD have poorly repacked the rest. Very unsatisfactory. Having sais this, we have always had excellent service from Vinissimus and this is the first delivery problem we have had. Hopefully it can be sorted quickly.

Unhappy at the packaging. Three bottles were packed upside down, including two of the bottles of prosecco. This shouldn't have happened. It's bad for the wine, and made it very difficult to get the bottles out.
