Iphone 4 battery replacement kit - This arrived very quickly. I had a problem right away as the 2 torx screw bits supplied (numbers 3 and 5) didn't fit my phone. But I found a torx no.1 elsewhere and that fit perfectly. Sadly some previous dingbat had stripped one of my screws so it wouldn't come out. I got it out by drilling a very tiny hole in the screw, which gave the phillips screw bit something to grab. Only the screw head came out but thankfully I could get the phone cover off. (The remaining stripped screw I got out with some needle-nosed pliers.) Everything went smoothly from there and the battery seems to be working very well.

I ordered a battery for an iPhone 8 Plus and a screen. The screen was correct but the battery for an iPhone 8. I then tryed to reach customer support. Which was difficult as the uk has no support centre there is only one for the whole of Europe. After a serval hours of waiting I got a reply that was helpful. They said to send the incorrect battery back and they will send a correct one. I am waiting to be notified that it has been sent so hopefully it gets sent. This has been very annoying as I cannot use my phone until it arrives.
