Liked that the site was able to determine automatically that I was in the USA and adjusted prices, shipping details, etc., for USA. Great prices. I also liked the ability to select Express Delivery to the USA for such a reasonable cost ($3 USD). Transaction was seamless, product was quickly readied for transit, and delivered within three days and one hour of order (ordered online 20231105 @ 1627 local time and was delivered to my door on 20231108 @ 1715 local time) - faster than many Amazon deliveries - and this was from across the pond, across the USA (Los Angeles, CA area), through customs and to my door in less than three days and one hour! Product was found to be exactly as ordered! With performance and prices like this (especially including the great Express Delivery price and speed), I will definitely be a repeat customer (this was my first purchase from Sole Trader Outlet) and will be one of the places I shop for my upcoming Christmas gift purchases! Still can't believe the shipment made it to me faster than an Amazon order I put in the same day on a different item!

The shop team were great and ordered a size 8 for me (EU42) as not in stock. A size 41 was sent - this is not an 8, which apparently is not available. As a result too small and I need to send back for a refund. Please ensure you have the right sizing.

Excellent staff in norwich
Came into store and I brought some shoes. I realised when i got home They didn't fit.
I returned them to the shop and they didn't have my size in the shoe. So the very kind gentleman who greeted me st the door of the shop helped me the whole way and had my new shoes in the right size delivered to my door the following day! Great customer service of this man and a very kind person too.

A great shop
The shop assistants were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing or pushy. It was quite refreshing to be served promptly when buying shoes. Too often we are left hanging around in other shops. And the cost of the shoes are very competitive.

Excellent customer service in the shop, extremely happy. Ordered and delivered to my home within 24 hours. Highly recommended. These sandals are like are so comfy and really soft leather. Sole a little slippey but sure they will be fine once worn. Thank you

Returns a accepted at outlet store
Prompt online delivery. Unfortunately on cloud sizing way too small so had to return but great service provided at the Swindon outlet mall - didn’t expect an outlet store to do returns for online purchase so thanks for allowing this.

Easy shopping experience to order from soletrader. For the first time, bought, Blowfish trainers. The name - cablee trainers. Very happy with purchase. So comfy and different in style. Normally a size 6 and size 6 fitted perfectly.

Good shoes and service.
I was able to view a decent selection of shoes, was able to quickly try on the available sizes, and had both printed and email receipts. The servers were helpful and not intrusive, checking in and quick to help once asked.
