Great products and pricing to match the industry standard but service was basic
Can't really judge as my order was accepted and I waited nearly 2 weeks to ring and ask where my boots were to be told they weren't in stock. Customer Service was very efficient. Website data not so much.
Paid extra for delivery on the Sunday, but received an email saying that the delivery was coming on the Friday. I was able to rearrange for the weekend, but why did I pay extra?
After sending the wrong trainers in the wrong colour (at least the make was right!) the saving grace was the customer service team member I spoke to who was helpful and apologetic.
The employees should give more attention to customers and try to help them instead of waiting for them
Although both shoes I purchased broke on the first wear, the staff were very helpful and understanding of my upset
The live chat functionality was actually quite frustrating. Also I struggle to return a pair of shoes I brought online in store. The store wasn't really geared up for it.
Would have given 5 stars however the customer service assistant never smiled when I asked her for help. During my time in the store the customer assistant only smiled when completed transaction at till. The manger he’s great. The customer assistant just needs to smile more and she’ll be fine.
My experience wasn’t a good one, they cancelled my order after 2 days of waiting for my delivery. I won’t give them a bad rating as I’m sure it was a rare occurrence but cannot give a good review for my experience.
Did not receive email to confirm delivery of order . On arriving at store ignored by sales assistant despite shop being empty . Had to ask him for assistance despite the fact we were stood at the desk for several minutes. Made to feel like we were intruding and a nuisance

Can not rate customer service as haven't spoke to someone. But the box arrived damaged and torn and the shoes had a mark on them. Was too late to return and buy a new pair so had to apologise when have them to my mum as a giftm
