Inconsistent customer service post-sales care. Took months to sort a return for a pair of faulty Hunter wellies. No more in stock. Needed to pay for my own returns with no guarantee of a refund. Rude, dismissive and blunt customer service from Dave who sent me round the houses. Restarted chat to be helped by Rayne in 4 minutes.

What I ordered was described incorrectly. Totally different colour you’re selling the ilse jacobsen flip flop as gold when the colour is Atmosphere.nothing like the gold this company actually offers.

Did not receive an email confirmation that my trainers had been delivered to store. Had to ring up only to be told email had been sent when it clearly had not. Went to store and was told had been there for 3 days
well the shoes didnt fit me as they seemed to be a smaller make than what I am used to, and when I returned them I was advised they did not have my size, and refunded me the cost of the Shoes but not the cost of delivery, dso therefore I have no shoes and am out of pocket due to delivery, the only people who made any money was DHL. I had to enquire when my order will be delivered only to find out that it was waiting for me in store from the day after my order - no email, no communication to let me know - waited almost 2 weeks.
Went to the store to collect and one trainer was size 5 and the other size 6. I returned the trainers in the end. Waste of time really.

The refund was swift enough but the state of the delivered products and packaging was unacceptable. Two pairs of Birkenstock’s - one the wrong size and width fitting , one pair damaged and without labels, also in a disintegrated box (that was clearly a poorly Treated Previous return).

Ordered fleece fold down timberlands, Too many blemishes and scuffs on to have passed QC. They look like a returned item in my opinion. Free delivery to myself however charged £3.50 to retutn a faulty item not happy! Would defo opt for buying direct with timberland in the future.

the shoes arrived with tags not attached to them? ( I could not therefore send them back) and they appeared to be slightly worn ( the soles were slightly grey) did not feel that I had been seen a brand new pair - more likely a pair that had been returned and without the tags attached
they cost approx £200 and spoilt the purchase :(
I ordered a Armani belt for my son and when it arrived it was a totally different belt in a different colour to what I ordered. When placing my order I check the description firstly to make sure the item is what I'm looking to buy and didn't expect what I received.

I ordered Panama Jack boots in brown. When my order arrived, the invoice said 'Brown' but the boots were actually chestnut as indicated on the label on the box. I reordered again & the same thing happened. IF THE COLOUR IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE IT SHOULD SAY NO STOCK AVAILABLE. Rude customer service saying I'm the only 1 thats complained & did not refund me postage costs like they said they would.
Absolutely appalling customer service... Goods were delivered in a substandard condition..
Despite continuous emails back and forth to Rayne in customer service, I was shown disinterest and a flippant attitude to customer satisfaction.
If I could give 0 stars I would do.
Ordered some boots, was then sent an email saying my order had been cancelled. Apparently there was a stock error, but the boots are still on the website in my size!? Was very disappointed.

Didn’t get the product I ordered sent me something completely different and a asked a replacement of what you should of sent but you chose to give me a refund and now I don’t gave the birthday gift for a family member so I’ll have to go elsewhere.

Products are expensive pieces of rubbish. Bought a pair of she's that just fell apart after a couple of days. Customer services don't reply to complaints either.
Advertising shoes as men’s when they are actually women’s and say so on the box. Wasted my time and about £20 in delivery charges.
Called them and they weren’t eager to help even though I sent an email showing the boxes with women’s’ on it. They are far to narrow to be a mans show.
