The service is a joke ordered a Lacoste polo top 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived in the store numerous emails I have sent and no further forward 3 to 5 days delivery what a joke
I ordered a pair of shoes, had to pay for delivery. On arrival the shoe box was ripped, taped and battered and the sizing of the shoes wrong. Presumably they had been sent back before as much too small. I had to pay to return and requested an exchange for a larger size and wrote a note complaining. Both were ignored by Soletrader who just refunded the purchase price without any comment. Very Poor.
Slow and poor delivery which is chargeable, goods were not as described and you turn are charged to return items. Customer service is non-existent.
Ordered two pairs of boots, paid for next day delivery, waited in all day, called to ensure they were being delivered but they weren’t as they hadn’t been picked up by delivery company. Can’t comment on the quality of boots as were not received. Customer service emails seemed professional and friendly but telephone advisor sound disinterested and didn’t apologise. Refund received quickly
You Cancelled order. Awful
Bought some boots from here. Put them on for 5 minutes and they broke. I know if I send them back they would probably not refund the item. Disappointed and 61 pound out of pocket.
Wrong shoes sent Customer service not fussed that I had the wrong item posted and I then had to initially fund the returns cost No concern over this error. Had to call to chase refund too

Ordered online only to be told the next day that the items weren't actually available Poor system that allows you to order for something that doesn't exist. Will buy elsewhere in the future.

I ordered a bag that was on sale. Paid for it. To then be told that there was an error on their website and the item was sold out across the company and I will get a refund in some days Was not impressed at all after I searched high and low for this item. First and last time customer
Socks were a Christmas present , when To shop to see if they had been delivered they had got lost somewhere on route . Staff in shop were really good and helpful. They rang warehouse and they said they would refund my money . That’s great but they had paul smith socks in the shop although a bit more money , it would have been nice to have been offered them as good customer service .
bad shopping experience at this Guilford store. A product was announced for £ 29.00 and I was charged 34.90. I only preceded the mistake afterwards. I went back to complain and the manager told me that I couldn't do anything because they changed the price, but they forgot to change the label. and the consumer who should bear the error? terrible
Ordered shoes online and then got a email saying they wasn’t and took a week to give my money back
Terrible experience. Never received my order. Purchased online and didn't find out for two weeks that it could no longer be processed. This was only after I chased it

Ordered slippers that never came waited 2 weeks to be told and refunded as they said they was out of stock when I ordered them
