I placed the order online for my car plate, but my neighbour found my plate in the evening; I wrote to notify the company to cancel the deal and ask for a refund. All these things happened during weekends; no one supported me for a refund. On Monday, I wrote another message about a refund, but no one responded until I received the plate on the third day.

This Seller is a fraud. They have sent the item incomplete, and are refusing to accept any responsibility for their own error. They will not accept the item back, will not provide the correct item, and refuse now to communicate. Fortunately, I am able to claim my money back, but BUYER BEWARE. - these people try to lie their way out of their own errors.

Order received with incorrect coloured details, have contacted platesforcars by email with photos of number plate showing WRONG COLOUR and have tried telephoning 2 numbers and it is always engaged, even at 3am, NO RESPONCE AT ALL. Do not even think of buying anything from these scoundrels! 14 days money-back guarantee? - PHAH; absolute SH1TE.

I’ve been waiting over 15 days for a refund. Multiple lies told on email on when i’ll receive my refund, and now my emails are being ignored. As my emails are being ignored and they have no contact phone number, I will be requesting a chargeback via bank.

P.F.C. have sent the plates via DPD, but DPD have confirmed that they delivered to the wrong address, then they told me to ring P.F.C. , but i can't ring them as there's no number available, so e.mailed them, & being given the "run-a-round" really.

I have oreder the plates next day express delivery .Paid £17.99 today 7 days finished still i did not recieved the plate . no even tracking . Poor respons need to wait every email 24 hoiurs to get reply .Really disapointment .

They show a picture on their website AND on the order acknowledgement of one type of plate and then supply a different one. They also do not have a phone number available. A bunch of losers, so beware!

Company not register with DVLA to sell number plates in uk. Asked for refund ignored. This could effect your insurance - dont buy

I have emailed and organised to have a new plate with a logo that they had already had on their system. The plate came wrong after several emails. I have emailed several times to sort but no-one has gotten back to me. When I last used them I paid for a quick turn around and the plate landed 8 days later

I paid for £17 for a next day delivery, It was delivered to the incorrect address after 4 days i received the parcel i requested a refund for the deliver of £17 there said they will speak to DHL STILL WAITING

When order finally came after paying an extra £10.99 for priority delivery the fixing kit which was also extra was not in the parcel, had to go out and purchase. Will not be using this company again.

The plates ordered for "next day" delivery have not arrived. I paid extra for the delivery option so expect to be credited for the Extra charge made for that delivery. Very disappointed John Inskipp..

Plates are very poor quality didn’t even get the Numbers in the correct place should have read other reviews first and wouldn’t have bothered i will try to get my money back
