Poor experience plates never arrived emailed after a week and a half eventually got through poor communication to be told that delivery company rejected my address even although the house wasn’t a new build and had been getting deliveries for years??? Company refunded payment and left communication half way through our emails….. wouldn’t advise using this company

I have emailed and organised to have a new plate with a logo that they had already had on their system. The plate came wrong after several emails. I have emailed several times to sort but no-one has gotten back to me. When I last used them I paid for a quick turn around and the plate landed 8 days later

Delivery options were provided at different prices, 2day was selected due to arrive Friday. Did not arrive the Monday, this caused major disruption the weekend plans as the car could not be driven. Contacted supplier and they accepted no responsibility. Unreliable supplier - will not use again.

After my order, I followed up within minutes to say that I made a mistake and needed the legal spacing added to my registration. Plates arrived without spacing. I tried to get in contact again however no response. Good product but shoddy service.

Number plate letters started to crack, my fault!! Apparently not supposed to drill plates!!? Done this for 25+ years never had a problem, wouldn't replace " not under warranty" used these guys for years, all good up until now, won't use again.

I paid for £17 for a next day delivery, It was delivered to the incorrect address after 4 days i received the parcel i requested a refund for the deliver of £17 there said they will speak to DHL STILL WAITING

When order finally came after paying an extra £10.99 for priority delivery the fixing kit which was also extra was not in the parcel, had to go out and purchase. Will not be using this company again.

Sent me order even tho I asked them to cancel which they confirmed they had pre delivery as I was asking about the design and wanted to chance it but there support team took too long to get back to me.

The plates ordered for "next day" delivery have not arrived. I paid extra for the delivery option so expect to be credited for the Extra charge made for that delivery. Very disappointed John Inskipp..

23 hrs 50 mins from order to delivery. Thats impressive. Edit: been waiting 12 days for a reply to a question regarding UK legal spacing for plates Great plates, but no use to me if illegal

Plates are very poor quality didn’t even get the Numbers in the correct place should have read other reviews first and wouldn’t have bothered i will try to get my money back

Very expensive for number plates and postage. I order a lot of plates through this company good company just no deals for numerous plates order

Plates delivered but colours not as ordered. Company said due to distortion in backing. No warnings on site this effect.

Poor quality and customer service not doing their job as they should

Plates are ok but I bought sticky pads to go with and they didn't turn up in the package.

Blue background for UK badge isn't really blue, more of a really dark purple so not ideal.

Still not received my plates. DPD say that they don't have my address ??? Was on the order
