P.F.C. have sent the plates via DPD, but DPD have confirmed that they delivered to the wrong address, then they told me to ring P.F.C. , but i can't ring them as there's no number available, so e.mailed them, & being given the "run-a-round" really.

I paid for next day delivery and the plates didn’t arrive for two days which screwed up my arrangements. Subsequently they ignored my emails requesting a refund of the delivery charge. They do not publish a phone number on the website to allow any contact so they effectively blank any customers that they don’t wish to deal with. Lousy service. I’ve used them for years but never again.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Plates did not arrive next day. After me contacting Plates4Cars they said they would look into, no offer of refund for the next day postage. No further contact. Plates took six days to arrive, and still no contact or offer of refund for the failed next day service. This was a time sensitive order. Sadly, poor service all round.

I used this provider as expected to get perfect plates first time due to the higher cost and quality promotion. Unfortunately 1 plate still turned up flawed and I'm currently waiting on the replacement. Will probably return to my previous provider as they are 35% lower in cost and promptly replace flawed plates as well. Maybe it's the plate industry or something?!

The product they supplied did not conform to current road legal requirements. I emailed several times to ask them firstly to replace the registration plates, then because they did not respond, I asked for a refund, needless to say they didn’t respond to any messages or offer to replace or refund me. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend.

Plate was sent without spacing - I was told it was my error - I'm not sure but the customer service was poor - the tone of the email was dismissive. On top of that the green protective film proved impossible to remove anyway. i ordered from another supplier on Amazon - nearly a 1/3 of the price and the quality was better. I won't use this firm again

Plates were quality but customer service lacking Paid for express next day delivery at £17.50 but goods did not arrive until four days later. E-mailed plates for cars but not had the courtesy of a reply. My advice is just go for normal delivery unless you want stung paying for a premium delivery service which was not fulfilled.

After placing order i noticed that since i placed the order on Monday I qualified for 5% discount, I sent an email right away to customer services, received an acknowledgement but nothing else, and stilled billed at the full cost no 5% discount. ?

Poor customer service never respond to emails, I was told that they dont do refund for postage, I paid £17.50 for next day 5 days later I’ve still not received my plates. So I asked for my poastage back and I was told NO. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Paid a premium of £11 for next day delivery and the plates arrived 3 days later. Emailed to ask for a refund of the postage costs but no communication received. This is a very poor customer service. And there is no phone number on website.

Not a lot can go wrong, can it? However, my last set of plates delaminated within 18 months. I mentioned this upon purchasing another set but got no response! I hope this next set lasts like number plates used to... decades.

The plates are just right, I am very pleased with them, however, I am not very pleased about paying a premium price (over £17.00) for delivery on 23rd May and not receiving them on 23rd May, feeling a bit ripped off.

The number plates were damaged when they arrived, one was completely broken in two and the other was badly cracked. I have made contact with platesforcars twice but I’ve had no response

Purely down to delivery. Product fab although had to re order due to a slight bend. Why would you leave outside an office on a Friday night after 5 when the roller shutter is locked.

Courier claims to have lost the plate. Nobody to talk to at the supplier (no phone number provided) just invited to send e mail to automated mailbox). Yet to receive reply.

It wasn’t until after the plates have been paid for and delivered that you find out you mustn't make holes through the “gel” to fix the plates to the car. Bit late now!

Bought some plates with the Alfa Romeo logo. There was no attempt to make a neat alignment of the logo to the space allocated for it, leaving a "crescent moon".
