Offered items at the best price.-If you could tell me if you have the items in stock by email/and deliver them more quickly instead of having to wait a long time for them to arrive.

Terrible payment method. I chose to pay by credit card. I instead received instructions to pay by bank transfer. I made the transfer of the amount invoiced which was £ sterling. eXXpozed say this wasn't the correct amount in euros. My bank didn't charge me to make the payment and they are claiming to have received 12 euro too little. This is a common problem raised on several review and forum sites. I should of been allowed to pay by card and I futhermore should of only been expected to pay the amount and currency on the invoice.

Awful Customer Service

I ordered an item for a trip, and it never arrived in time, even though I ordered it well in advance. The item was returned, to which I received confirmation. I didn't receive my refund, so I emailed them, maybe three times and never got a response. I phoned them, but that doesn't work because the line just cuts off. I requested a call back, never got one. I finally sent them a message on Facebook and got a reply. Three weeks after they had received my returned item, I finally got my refund. Shocking customer service.

Order number: UK-00149662 - Poor Service Exxposed again. SORRY!

Order number: UK-00149662 I have used Exxpozed on three occasions in the last two years. The first time the order was cancelled because the item was subsequently not in stock. The second time my ski poles arrived a little late but no issues. This time I ordered a Bogner Ski jacket on 26.11.23. After numerous emails to chase up the order all I received was a standard automated response. I was thinking 'here we go again'.An order placed in good faith and paid for but actually it was never in stock. However, on 19.12.23 I received the following message: "Hello Mr Lord, Thank you for your message. Your requested item is already on its way to us. As soon as we have received it, we will send it on to you as quickly as possible. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me! Kind regards Valerie" I felt more positive and held off writing this review. However on 28.12.23 I received a message that read "Unfortunately some positions of your order are currently sold out. We tried to reorder the following position(s) at the manufacturer, but we did not succeed. In case you'd like to get a comparable product we would like to offer you an extra discount of 5%. Please send us an email including your order No. as a reference: UK-00149662. Thank you for your trust in us. - We hope, you will visit us again." So its good that an offer of 5% was made but without a guarantee that the same thing is going to happen again then I was not prepared to take a risk. To continually offer things on their website that cannot be sourced at the price they are offering and then fail to communicate clearly and in a timely fashion is completely unacceptable. This was also the case on a separate order that my wife had placed so this is not an isolated issue. To make it worse I have ordered directly from Bogner who do have items in stock and so the explanations given cannot be true. Unfortunately the numerous poor reviews regarding Exxpozed are correct. They have said they are processing my refund so I have my fingers crossed that it will be processed quickly. I hope Exxpozed can improve their communication and service in the future.
