A quality product that arrived promptly, however the packaging could have been better. The knife was free to work it's way out of its original packaging along with the instruction/care leaflet, slightly damaging both, this is no biggie but the knife was a gift for someone so not ideal. It did however stay within the brown shipping box so no damage was done to the knife itself. Overall I'm happy and would order again.

Product was not received. The chosen courier requires signature (I understand this is a legal requirement and so unavoidable) but does not allow for nominated day delivery. After attempting to deliver while I was at work, re delivery was not attempted and instead I was notified the parcel was at a ‘Collection Point’ which was not specified. I had to contact Customer Services in order to find out where the Collection Point was, by the time the response was received, I was not able to collect the Package. These issues are all primarily with the Courier, but as a Retailer I cannot see how K&T can expect to do business utilising a Courier with such poor Service. I have not been contacted or refunded.

Having stated things were in stock, it transpires they were not. I waited 3 months and only had communication when I asked what was happening.
