Cool store and always amazing offers on, loads of great advice when items out of stock and speed of responses to questions is amazing! Will definitely always come here when I want something rare or cool for my collection :) shipping to UK really reasonable too!!!

Ordered a new toy and received a damaged and used one ! After several attempts to get an answer without luck I had to open a case through Paypal to get my money back. After this I received a return shipping label without any apology ! Never again !

I did an order not so long ago and long story short i didn’t receive my order because “i wasn’t in” but i was and now my order is being forwarded to a pick up location, which i have no way to get to as i don’t own a car and i have been told no more. very poor service i have emailed twice with no reply and i would just like my money back.

Dear Paul You just have to pay your customs fees. As you know UK chose the Brexit so UK is not part of the EU free trade zone anymore so you have to pay taxes when you import goods from the EU. Once you’ll pay your taxes I’m sure you will receive your parcel. If you have a problem with an invoice missing please get in touch with our customer service.
