All I would say is that I ordered once but appear to get two emails for everything

Yodel delivery JD0002231327026156 09/05/2023 This delivery was requested for Saturday 06/09/2023. It was received in your local depot on 05/05/2023. Both Waitrose and I are still waiting for you to explain why it was not delivered as instructed. It is particularly difficult to understand since another consignment which arrived in your depot AFTER the Waitrose one and it WAS delivered on Saturday ! At least the driver who delivered my Waitrose consignment did NOT, like the Saturday driver, dump it on the pavement outside my house, knock on my door, take a picture and leave immediately with the cases still on the pavement ! Today’s (09/05/2023) driver was courteous, efficient and very helpful and as soon as he saw how much I was hampered by my old age, helped to stack the cases in my front room. If I was purely scoring for the eventual delivery I would have awarded 5 stars for today’s delivery driver and 1 for Saturday’s and that would have been a reluctant 1 since the option for no stars is not offered ! The score of 4 for today’s delivery is based on 5 stars for the driver and MINUS 1 for the administrator/manager of your depot.

a little bit of peace of mind!
Felicity and Jack, on the customer service team, were extremely helpful, especially as our build was a challenging, non standard construction. There were a few problems along the way but Felicity in particular was very prompt with answers and solutions for us. It took a while to get sorted and we were not always on the same page as the surveyor on site, but we got there in the end. Warranty is now in hand - a little bit of peace of mind!

Excellent service. They did everything they said they would do and on time. Plants were well packed in sturdy containers, and fresh too. Plug plants separated easily and are doing well in individual pots. Delivery was as promised and customers are able to choose convenient delivery weeks. Would recommend this company and will use them again.

Delivery arrived within specified time range. End of package was open although contents appear to be intact. I was not able to get to the door but managed to call down to the driver who had left the package next to the front door.
