Due to the holidays, deliveries last week indeed took longer than usual (as also mentioned on the website last week) . Fortunately, you have now received the product. We hope for your understanding.

Shambles
Ordered 3 bags of salt. Waited 2 weeks and nothing. I emailed, and they phoned me apologising and said they would send order. Another week and half and nothing. I phoned this time, said they would sort it bit alas still no delivery. Phoned again asked for a refund. I've only given 2 stars because the staff were very polite and apologising and the refund was organised quickly. Shame, would have had a regular order from me.
