All I would say is that I ordered once but appear to get two emails for everything
Please disregard this review as it’s the same as the previous one :-)
I left a good review of yodel because their driver was helpful but trustpilot took it down . Despite me writing to assure them it was genuine (I used a link from yodel) they still took it down. Unless I provide evidence they won't put it back. I'm not that bothered but it seems odd that they are asking for evidence that they don't ask anyone else. Makes you wonder what they've got against yodel.

Faffy process, annoying AI bot support and expensive to cancel
Faffy process validating the insurance, when it didn't work I ended up emailing an AI bot that failed to answer the question or resolve my issue. Cancelling the insurance cost me £25+ and the cover hadn't even started!

Terrible experience all the way. Wrong information received, nobody has any idea of what is going on, no delivery information and SMS from a number that is "not recognized".

Non existent after sales
After sales service absolutely shocking. Don’t do business with this company.
