I liked the fact I had ordered the wrong part you could have just sent it but you noticed it was wrong you then contacted me to let me know and you changed the part for the correct one I also liked that the delivery was quick very bay with the way it went would highly recommend

My delivery was due on Friday and was told I'd get a text to confirm. No text so I emailed for an update - no update. Simple to order but let down by a lack of progress updates. It may only be 5 days since I ordered but the lack of detail is frustrating! Thank you.

Ordered new glass for stove due to crack... always a little cautions when ordering made to measure product but needn't have been - perfect fit, decent glass and would definitely recommend. From order to delivery service excellent... will be going back

Easy to contact the company and speak with polite and knowable staff.
My order was packed perfectly and arrived with no damage...all the parts fitted correctly.....done by myself at 70 plus years. Can't think of any improvements...keep doing as you are.
