Ordered Three AudioQuest Forest 48G HDMI Cables two 2 Meters and one 1 Meter on 7/1/24 Sun 7pm arrived 9/1/24 Tuesday at MD by Royal Mail. They were securely packages inside official AudioQuest Boxes and arrived undamaged. While futureshop weren't the cheapest (not a lot in it) others never showed the official packaging in their sales info and I was concerned you may not receive genuine AudioQuest Cables. I have used True HQ Ultra High Speed 2.1 & Clearer Audio Copper Line 2.1 HDMI Cables and as another reviewer said on a rival site if your not coming from Budged Cables the improvements aren't massive but they are there. I would say picture for me has improved the most with sharpness while sound is a little better defined in the high range! I would use futureshop again for my cable very pleased

Nothing like receiving an opportunity to review a product that hasn’t even been delivered yet! Poor communication and no idea when I will get my cables…. Comment since writing review above: I’m always impressed by companies that take the time to read and respond to reviews such as in this case. Although not entirely happy with the wait I appreciate it is out of Futureshops control

Product ordered, arrived promptly. Haven't got system all hooked up. Will be extremely disappointed if cables do not work as they are now behind my newly created media wall.

These guys are brilliant...I cocked up my cable order by ordering to many (my fault) . I called and asked to cancel.one of my orders and get a refund and even tho the cables had been made up they were happy to refund me...which they didn't have to do. All I can say is, if you need cables ....read there description of what you will be receiving!...this is the place to go...end of

Excellent AV supplier

FutureShop provided quick responses to a pre-sales query that I had to confirm that they had stock for the item that I wished to purchase (it was out of stock at a number of other suppliers) and also gave good expectations around delivery timescales with my chosen shipment method. The product came well packaged, without incurring any damage in transit and functions flawlessly.

Online shop is easy to check through, good descriptions and reviews all in one place. Order placement, tracking and completion is very efficient. No real grumbles other than the obvious one relating to the prices for hifi parts which can be significant relative to production costs but this essentially down to the producers, not Future Shop.

Future Shop well stocked

I came across Future Shop after being dissatisfied with another hifi retailer and was looking to source components I required elsewhere. Future Shop certainly fulfilled that need, I am impressed with the range of stocked items, price is fine and so is shipping, this shop is on my short list of places to visit for hifi products.

Loved the website and being a novice simply made my selection and emailed them to just check that I had selected the right cables. Almost instantly replied and confirmed that my order was correct. Paid and the cables arrived a few days later. Great quality product and great service.

Highly recommended.

Fast response to all enquiries, they pick the best version/brand of each type of product so you don't have to, very well packaged, phoned to let me know there was a more efficient way to send the item to me, great service and product(s), not overpriced either! Highly recommended.

We needed a box to connect our amp and speakers to our tv, the tv was missing a coaxial cable. This box is fantastic it connected everything together, the tv was advertised with a co axial socket but it didn’t have one. This box saved our set up.

Excellent policy of buy a cable for testing.

Excellent policy of buy a cable for an extended trial. Then keep the cable or return for a refund. The best way to burn-in a cable and test if the improvements are justified in your own hifi system at home.

Competitive pricing. Packaged and sent off to Australia in 24 hours. Received in Sydney in two days via Australia Post Airmail. Tends to be my go to shop for qed cables. I would recommend this company.
