the quality is excellent, as is the speed of service. The whole product (I had the A5 flyers) was great value for money. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that navigating the website was a bit of a challenge - I think a redesign would be worthwhile.

We used SAXO Print to order our material. It was supposed to be delivered on 20th December 2021. We ordered this material because we needed this before Christmas 2021. We were given delivery date 20th December 2021. But we didn't receive until 24th December 2021. When we raised a complaint saying the material is no longer use for us. They said they will investigate and get back. We received material on 31st December 2021. We were offered 20% discount. That is an insult and disrespect. Very poor service. When the material is no longer use for us why we would accept 20% discount. We have requested full refund no answer yet from SAXO print.

Don’t use this company, every job has been delayed in customs, I don’t have this problem anywhere else. Their delivery dates are not to be trusted and it upsets clients. Unforgivable in this day and age and they seem to do nothing about it

Very disappointed in Saxoprint - have used the company for years. Our order has still not arrived (weeks after the estimated date), the company cited Brexit as an issue.
