We recently ordered two of 500g tubs of mixed spice recently as a new customer of Wilton Wholefoods. Well what can I say. Absolutely fantastic service. The company are very responsive, expediting our order, handling our order so professionally and keeping us informed every step of the way. It arrives at our premises in a heart beat. A product that exceeds our expectations, at an Affordable price point combined with superior Customer Service. What can anyone ask more for? Whilst we haven’t cooked with this mixed spice so far, the fragrance from these tubs of mixed spices smells heavenly. We honestly can wait to give this product a try. We have no doubt this product like with many varieties of wholefoods Wilton offers, this is a must have ingredient mixed spice to have in your kitchen cupboard. Thank you to all at Wilton Wholefoods Ltd.

Wrong ground almonds (1kg) have been despatched & delivered when I bought 3 (1kg) packs. In addition, their courier Envri, delivered the parcel to wrong address!!! Thank God, my neighbour knew me & I gratefully recovered it. However, in my state as disabled, bed bound elderly person with low benefit income, I am embarrassed to ring about this ground almond which does NOT taste like almonds at all & inform them about full refund or replace despatching with real tasting ground almonds.

unfortunately you use Evri and there lies your problem. the night mares we have had with that company. check out trustpilot👎 the goods were fine 👍

Thank you for your review I'm glad you found our products were fine but I'm a little disappointed that you have rated us 3/5 for using Evri. We give the customer the choice of delivery company to use, but most people go for Evri simply because they are so much cheaper than the others we list! You had the choice of Royal Mail @ £3.60, DPD @ £5.52 or Evri @ £2.67. We also show the couriers' logos on the website to make choosing that much easier. Your order was delivered on time and in good condition, so I'm unsure why the low rating. If you have something that needs addressing, please email shop@wiltonwholefoods.com so that we can look into it in more detail. I'm sorry you are unhappy with our service and I hope you will consider using us again in the future.

Better delivery system. Evri did not as promised send a message saying the package was ready to collect from my local post office.

We do also offer Royal Mail and DPD for delivery :) *UPDATE* I have been in touch with Evri and they can't confirm whether or not the email the sent was delivered to you or rejected by your mail system. Hi there. We contacted you by email to inform you that you couldn't have delivery to the Republic of Ireland. You entered an Irish postcode but put United Kingdom as the country! Thank you for your review I'm sorry you don't have your parcel. This is strange since I can see from the tracking that it was delivered to you on the 9th February. I can also see that the GPS of the delivery was correct and the photo shows the parcel next to a white wall. Would you mind checking your emails from the 9th and see if there's one that says "we have delivered your wilton wholefoods parcel"? There should be a link to the photograph too. I'm concerned that if the parcel has been left outside for 9 days, that it won't be much good now but it would still be good to know if you find it.
