The sheer convenience and ease of ordering what I need from the comfort of my own home, the excellent email notifications keeping me informed and the speed of my products being delivered, always in a very timely manner, carefully and immaculately presented and wrapped, with never any leaks, means the whole experience, every time, is unparalleled. I placed an order 06 January 2024 and to date I have not heard anything from them. I have emailed them and am waiting for a response. I’m afraid that i might have lost my money
