I sent in the Instrument Cluster of my LR Disco 3/2007 on a Monday in, shipping organized by Autotronics. On Wednesday it was there, on Thursday I got a feedback from Autotronics, that the repair is done. Got the piece back to Switzerland on next Tuesday. And I have to say, that all was solved. No more system failures :-) I want to say also, that Landrover official Dealer wanted to sell me a System control unit, without knowing, if the failure will disappear, no promises, nothing, just telling me, that if it will be changed, the failure will not come from the System control unit. Great Job!!! Thank you all from Autotronics, Admins, Technicians, Experts, a real good Service, hard to find today anymore. Greetings from Switzerland Super excellent service

Suggesting a fee of £164 covered the repair then asking for another £60 is not the done thing! If there was a chance the repair could cost more then that should be made clear before one elects to enter the process. I sell cars and if I told someone over the tel or internet the price was £164 but then asked for another £160 for the wheels after they traveled 100 miles to buy it I wouldn't be revered!

Excellent service , clear communications , totally recommend Autotronics as a first class provider.. Had lost my (Ducato 2 based) Motorhome ignition keys so vehicle totally immobilized , had a word with Autotronics , sent the KCU , ECU and a (non chipped) key sample . A few days later all the parts reappear with 2 new chipped keys. Refit parts to vehicle and it starts right up . Tried the 2nd key .. same.... so great service at a very reasonable cost. While job was not straight forward and a number of problems were encountered the support given by Autotronics was first class and problems were resolved. Work was executed quickly with good feedback when parts were with them for repair. Would use again if I required complex electronic problem resolved. Resolution for me was more satisfactory and much cheaper than what was proposed by Mercedes Main Dealer.

Autotronics have just repaired my broken Mercedes spare key - A professional company who kept me updated on the progress of repair. My key was returned very quickly and now working perfectly. Big saving on Dealership supplied keys with less fuss. Based on my experience I would thoroughly recommend.

Kia key fob button wore through. Dealer wanted £200. Autotronics rebuilt my key for a fraction of that (& without the need to take time out to visit garage) Their system kept me updated with progress and the it only took a few days. Brilliant!

The slowest and most stupid company i have asked for help.. The slow and retarded lady who answer the phone and know absolutly nothing and doesnt return My emails when i got help from another company with My File .. and Still No refund for the payment 970pound and also No file

I was very impressed all round, with the speed of the turnaround of the repair and particularly with the technican's (Khalid) helpful communications. I fully recommend Autotronics to others, and I will certainly use them again for anything concerning vehicle component electrics. I would have liked more details of the repairs carried out, with perhaps a photo included in the report.

I emailed the customer services after i received notification that my item had been repaired. I asked for information on what the problem was with my item and what work was carried out on it, and what parts were replaced.To this day i have not received a reply to my inquiry which i think is unacceptable considering the cost of the repair was £198. Apart from that i am pleased with the quick repai

An engineer told me where I could find the immobilizer. Once located it was simply unplug it, pack it, along with key and ECU unit. Courier collected it next day. I was kept informed every step of the way and the unit was repaired the day it was received. I highly recommend Autotronics for a first-rate service

Really good service they put a new button back on Mercedes key fob. The staff kept me updated by text and email on how my key was doing. The delivery service of sending back my key was really quick i had it back the next working day I would recommend autotronics to other people
