I found this amazing company online after our Citroen Berlingo car key fell to pieces! They're really efficient in every way and I cannot praise them enough!
The online form was pretty easy to fill in but I decided to phone them anyway! They answered the phone very quickly and were extremely helpful indeed!
Their prices were extremely competitive, especially considering the price of getting a new car key!!!! I sent our old key to be repaired and I received it back in less than a week! I would highly recommend this company without hesitation!
There's nothing they could possibly do to improve their service, because in my eyes.....they're absolutely perfect!!! 10/10 *

Sent my fiat 500 bcm in for a specific repair! despite components being replaced inside the unit the unit tested ok "on the bench". unfortunately when i refitted the unit to the car the repair had not worked and the problem remained!. . Not wishing to having to keep sending the unit back and forth for further attempts to resolve the issue, after conversation with there senior engineer i decided to take a different approach to solving the problem and requested a partial refund(bearing in mind they had expended time and effort and replaced components even if in this case this did not work!).
This was approved and sent back to me almost straight away! whilst disappointed that the issue could not be resolved in the way i would have preferred, i cant fault the customer service team for there response and understanding of the situation! so based on that I have given a three star rating which ranks as Fair!, not for the service but for the willingness to resolve the situation!

Perfect!!
Very easy process. Managed to speak to someone at the company beforehand. They answered all my questions.
They arranged collection and delivery of the part to be fixed at a reasonable price using a reputable courier.
They fixed my sons Ford Ka dashboard that had lights on all over the place (a known problem) works perfectly now.
Very pleased with the experience. Will definitely use in future. I have a problem with my car ecu. It will be going to these guys for fixing.

Highly recommended
The service I received from Autotronics was excellent from start to finish. I missed the driver who was uplifting my instrument cluster which was totally my fault and Rina was so helpful and arranged for it to be collected the next day. They received it on the Friday at 10am and it was repaired before they closed that day and I received it back on Tuesday. I have had it refitted in my car and so far I my car has been running fine. Would highly recommend this company.

We used Autotronics last week to repair two rover 75 key fobs that had perished so badly that the fobs could not be used. We happened to be in Leicester visiting family last week and decided to drop the keys into the shop direct. The old keys were quickly accessed and repaired on the spot and they now work perfectly. We were delighted with the service we received and would have no hesitation in recommending this company for their prompt and very efficient service.

Did exactly what they said they would do, when they said. I had a spae Jag X-Type (Ford) key so there was no rush. Key, suffering from old age like me, back at full function for £60 all up, less that 1/3 the price of a new one, no new case or buttons, just fixed.

Communication was good initially and I was kept informed that my part had arrived at workshop and job assigned to an engineer.
Then there was no further communication until I rang for an update.
Was expecting a 2/3 day turnaround but when I called to chase 6 days after they had received my part and turns out I’ll be waiting at least another week before I get my repaired part sent back.

Would 100% use again
Autotronics repaired a faulty ignition and sent it back to me within 3 days. Main dealership had quoted me 4x as much and I had already waited 6 weeks with the new part on back order and nobody at the garage could tell me how long it was going to take.... Just wish I'd known about Autotronics sooner so I didn't have to spend 6 weeks without my van!
