I'm still a loyal customer regardless of the things you have change on the website which, in my opinion, have been changed for the worse. For instance, now to book a flight the choice states the price as "from £..." and when you click it's a lot more expensive than you thought it was. Then, in order to look for the real price you have to go one by one instead of having the whole selection by date and real price at once of almost the whole month as it used to be. Also, now it's more confusing with the choice of light, standard and flex. If you go by the price and click on light, it tells you you cannot buy luggage at this point so you don't know how much it's going to cost you afterwards. By then, you change your first choice and look for another date or price. If you change your mind and try to go back to the first choice, invariable it is more expensive than the first time you clicked on it. I don't think you are really trying to get the best service for the customer but you do manage to confuse and alienate them.

The webpage for paying via Visa debit wouldn't load properly, so had to pay via PayPal for which there is a charge. Also, my partner booked her ticket on the App and was quoted a cheaper price than my online booking for exactly the same date and trip, how is this fair!

Great staff let down by the system

The staff make such an effort, but when its one delay after another it does get a bit frustrating. 4 flights in the last fortnight - only 1 has arrived on time

Confusion on booking site: Tells you you can't book seats before check-in then asks you to select seats! Tried to book Economy Plus seats but seats were described as 'Standard' so booked economy and my ask to upgrade later. Rang customer services: Totally incompetent - got nearly all details wrong even after repeating them twice!

Disappointment

I liked the care before and during the flight, but not after. When I arrived in Edinburgh I was shocked to find my luggage unfindable and no one to contact to complain. I had to spend the night without my personal effects and especially my medicine. The next day I had to delay my things to go back to the airport and find my luggage on a cart in a hallway

Newcastle to Aeroport CdG direct

When booking on line, there was a technical hitch halfway through, & the website suggested starting again or calling the help line. I chose the helpline but waited a while only to be told log in using Chrome & or wait for a human to help & incur substantial charges to obtain the same tickets. That annoyed me, but I went back in to your regular website & this time it was successful.

Booked premium economy. Not entirely sure I'm getting premium economy. Why do we then have to pay additonal for a seat. Surely that comes in the price for premium economy.

I had my payment refused three times. This was because the first time, I incorrectly entered the expiry date of my card. I corrected it, but apparently the website retained the date and continued to decline my card. I exited the site and came back 2 hours later - same result. I then phoned my bank. They advised me to change device or browser and try again. This worked. I don't have this problem on other websites.
