I'm still a loyal customer regardless of the things you have change on the website which, in my opinion, have been changed for the worse. For instance, now to book a flight the choice states the price as "from £..." and when you click it's a lot more expensive than you thought it was. Then, in order to look for the real price you have to go one by one instead of having the whole selection by date and real price at once of almost the whole month as it used to be. Also, now it's more confusing with the choice of light, standard and flex. If you go by the price and click on light, it tells you you cannot buy luggage at this point so you don't know how much it's going to cost you afterwards. By then, you change your first choice and look for another date or price. If you change your mind and try to go back to the first choice, invariable it is more expensive than the first time you clicked on it. I don't think you are really trying to get the best service for the customer but you do manage to confuse and alienate them.

The webpage for paying via Visa debit wouldn't load properly, so had to pay via PayPal for which there is a charge. Also, my partner booked her ticket on the App and was quoted a cheaper price than my online booking for exactly the same date and trip, how is this fair!

I think the prices of flights are… too expensive

I think the prices of flights are expensive , & not being able to get flights direct to Nantes now is time consuming . It was great when you could book the short trip to Nantes without stops simply going direct .

Didn't seem to be a payment option for Debit Cards?

Really didn't like that there didn't seem to be a straight forward payment option for Debit Cards. (The online payment method section was just really confusing. Didn't want to go through Trustworthy (as have no idea who that third party provider is?) and not sure who uses a bank transfer to pay for a flight?

Awful payment options

Such a huge company yet their payment system takes 4-5days to confirm a bank transfer. My bank even couldn't verify the bank account the funds were being transferred too, my local shop has better and easier payment options. Having said that, the booking process was simply and received a fair price on my flights.
