I'm still a loyal customer regardless of the things you have change on the website which, in my opinion, have been changed for the worse. For instance, now to book a flight the choice states the price as "from £..." and when you click it's a lot more expensive than you thought it was. Then, in order to look for the real price you have to go one by one instead of having the whole selection by date and real price at once of almost the whole month as it used to be. Also, now it's more confusing with the choice of light, standard and flex. If you go by the price and click on light, it tells you you cannot buy luggage at this point so you don't know how much it's going to cost you afterwards. By then, you change your first choice and look for another date or price. If you change your mind and try to go back to the first choice, invariable it is more expensive than the first time you clicked on it. I don't think you are really trying to get the best service for the customer but you do manage to confuse and alienate them.

The webpage for paying via Visa debit wouldn't load properly, so had to pay via PayPal for which there is a charge. Also, my partner booked her ticket on the App and was quoted a cheaper price than my online booking for exactly the same date and trip, how is this fair!

Hike in the Flights tickets for a six hours journey is rather unimaginable but still air France adds on top of the high price - cost for hold - on luggage ; passengers travelling for one month or more abroad will definitely have a lot to take on their yearly holiday - which may includes gifts for relatives and essentials needed toiletries for self and also clothings. Some ground staff are too rude and unable to show empathy to the challenges of travelling passengers . It seems that Air France is more interested in profit and less on customer care , funny enough it's the customer that should be at the centre of your business activities and philosophy .

I was not informed that I was buying standby tickets not confirmed seats on the plane until AFTER the purchase, when i was trying to print off the boarding passes. This causes great distress as my reason for flying was an unexpected bereavement and I needed to be there urgently. I felt to France regularly and have never had this experience with any other airline. The stress this uncertainty caused, and in such difficult circumstances was awful. It has made me reconsider using Air France. I probably wouldn't choose to fly with you again unless no other options are available. It should be made crystal clear before the purchase if tickets are standby.

Global Collect BV doesn’t come up as a ‘trusted’ company when making a bank transfer which made me dubious making a bank transfer. Also, it’s difficult to find out if this is a 3rd party company that you use. Upon payment, my status is still ‘pending’ & when I spoke to an advisor it said that it looked like the payment had been cancelled by GCBV despite the payment leaving my account.

I had a problem with the seat choice which didn't add the cost to the final price so the seats weren't booked. however I managed to sort after a helpful web chat.

Been charge extra on my bank account compare to the invoice I received at the time of booking and the lady by the name of Jet (which I do not believe it’s her real name) with no surname I was talking to have no clue on how to justify the extra charge or the confusion between the bank transaction and the price shows on my booking confirmation payment sent to me by email…..she also refused to let me speak to her supervisor or manager when I politely ask her to….she was polite but just had no clue on what she was telling me and she continuously lied to me over the phone and sent me invoice with breakdown of payment which I believe she done it herself to shut me up as my details on the invoice she sent to me was completely wrong….airfrance need to do better on training their employee on handling customers coz although she was polite but she got no clue on how to help me and refusing to put through her manager or supervisor was not rightly helpful…..

Your booking team could not book the flights I had on line (which I had a price for) They told me the Ncl-Paris flight didn’t exist even though it does, I was booking a multi city ticket. We ended up ha ing to change dates and pay more. Your contact thought Guadeloupe was part of french mainland!!! No idea of geography and English poor. I am disgusted at the level of service
