The item arrived a day late but nothing to do with Bresser, it was due to DHL, the delivery company which sent me an email stating it would arrive between 08.44 and 09.44. Waited in all day and late in the evening got an update from DHL saying the driver could not access my road and according to the map he was a mile away from my address. I then went onto the DHL website to have it delivered to a local parcel collection shop because I was out most of the day but never got a notification it had been delivered anywhere but when I got home it was sitting on my doorstep and because I have CCTV I saw it was delivered at about 9.30 am and I arrived home at 2.30 pm. Lucky it wasn't stolen.
I'm afraid the filter arrived with an internal flaw and will have to/ be returned.
While intial communication was good, I received no notice of dispatch, therefore no tracking number and no ability to arange click and collect - hence it was left on my doorstep from where anyone could have stolen it.

Communication about my order was great and delivery was prompt.
The order was delivered with address labels attached to the retail packaging which means the gift recipient, who happened to go to the door for the delivery, could clearly see what was in the boxes so the Christmas surprise was ruined. Especially at this time of year it would be preferable for the boxes to at least be wrapped in brown paper to disguise the contents.

I bought a solar filter to replace the one I lost, however the one I received was the wrong size. This was my fault as I chose the wrong one.
It would be good if solar filters you sell specified the Bresser telescopes suitable for or alternatively on the telescope product page have a link to the corresponding solar filter product.

Although I have not received my goods yet. Breeder dealt with me in an excellent manner. I was made aware all along what they were doing, After it was shipped I was informed that it would arrive between 3 & 9 days. Not received yet.

Good product description and speedy delivery. Packaging was strong and undamaged when delivered. Product looks easy to use with clear instructions. Four stars as the product has not been used yet so cannot comment on performance.

The delivery service needs to be better. My order was delayed on the day but early on the following day! However, I will use Bresser again as it seems to be a good and trustworthy company!

I think there is a 5 year guarantee with the product I brought. But it’s written in German only!!!!!
