The item arrived a day late but nothing to do with Bresser, it was due to DHL, the delivery company which sent me an email stating it would arrive between 08.44 and 09.44. Waited in all day and late in the evening got an update from DHL saying the driver could not access my road and according to the map he was a mile away from my address. I then went onto the DHL website to have it delivered to a local parcel collection shop because I was out most of the day but never got a notification it had been delivered anywhere but when I got home it was sitting on my doorstep and because I have CCTV I saw it was delivered at about 9.30 am and I arrived home at 2.30 pm. Lucky it wasn't stolen.

I'm afraid the filter arrived with an internal flaw and will have to/ be returned. While intial communication was good, I received no notice of dispatch, therefore no tracking number and no ability to arange click and collect - hence it was left on my doorstep from where anyone could have stolen it.

I found the instructions a little difficult to follow. I also found it wasn't easy to get the right city nearest to me. I liked the fact that there is a lot of interesting features about it - maybe when I get more used to it I shall find it easier!

Poor packaging let the product down. Pleased with Junior Microscope but it was poorly packed inside the box, and the inappropriate plastic bag that was used for the delivery meant the box was slightly dented in several places and the items inside the box were loose.

I requested plain packaging as this was a gift. Unfortunately This wasn't the case as it's fully branded, which my son has now seen. I'm actually very upset about this.
