Hi Chris, thank you for your feedback. I checked our communication, and we replied to your email on 29.12.2023 at 13.30; see the link below. OWC asked some more questions to help, which we emailed you, but you did not reply. Please check your email from 29.12.2023 ( Spam folder also) and email us answers to OWC questions, and we will pass them to them and hopefully resolve this. They mentioned trying to insert it into a different slot. Data transfer rate performance will vary based on the SSD, CPU capabilities, and PCIe slot.
