I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order.
But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Thrown over the gate.
I’ve ordered two items. Delivery, although too expensive, was very quick. Items perfect.
Please note; midday today my item was delivered by an idiot who threw it over a 6 foot gate. I’ve never had anything like this before. No idea how it wasn’t smashed. Get a new courier.

I liked your range and ease of search and selection.
I disliked your shopping insurance offer, which is a scam - it is not at all clear that signing up for it commits the customer to auto renewal at over £70 and 6months advance cancellation required. It’s evil.

Country Difficulties
I would have preferred to buy from Fixpart in Belgium where the part was cheaper. I also wanted it sent to Croatia to avoid Customs issues. Belgium refused to post it there so I had to order in the UK and take the part myself to Croatia.

They were helpful on line and provided drawings to identify the parts required. My only issue is that it took a while to identify my part and if a phone number had been provided l would have been identify the part in a few minutes.

I ordered a filter for our tumble dryer as it seemed an exact match at a good price. The filter arrived in a couple of days in excellent packaging. It fitted the dryer perfectly and in minutes we were back in action,

Great list of parts for a Tefal air fryer. Great delivery. Unfortunately the motor was too small but the impeller fitted a treat, which was the main part I needed.
