I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order.
But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

The issue was my uncertainty!!
I had a quick response to my request for a replacement motor for my washing machine . This was identified and I ordered the spare, lead time was about a week . Spare took three days to arrive .
The motor was physically the same however , the identification label on my old motor differed , to the new one, there was some uncertainty if it was correct! ( 570W against 2000W) a couple of emails later it was confirmed that the new motor was the correct one for my machine , spare fitted OK and operational. The issue was my uncertainty

Samsung bits come from France!
Was not until the order had been placed that I was made aware that the drain pump for my Samsung / Ecobubble was coming from France. (All u-tube entries indicated that this was the problem). However the pump arrived after 4 days and was duly fitted - (Part was as described but did not solve the problem / engineer subsequently attended) - engineer indicated that the mother board was faulty and not economical to replace.
New Bosch washing machine being fitted today.

The service is great, the product was very hard to source, but your website had exactly what I wanted!
However it had to be ordered from Europe so it did take some time… however this was not your fault.
Package arrived safely and item installed and looks awesome.
To improve I think the communication could be better, I had to chase up what had happened with the order and felt concerned that I had been scammed.. but you did do as promised- thanks I will use your business again

Good Overall Service
Correct part provided, well packaged and swift delivery. Only gripe, which is out of their hands to an extent, is delivery cost was about 25% of the part cost....but they were the only company with the part I needed so my hand was forced to an degree.
Would I use them again, yes if I was looking for a specific part, but would look at others for an overall cost, inc shipping.

Part arrived double quick time,but not sure it's correct for my machine as vibration still continues drum bearings and springs checked before ordering new shocks, Would be grateful if you could possibly check shocks are for Miele wt 945 s, although ordered two still charged individual costs for postage 😕

Great range of parts - slow support, not much detail
Great range of parts, information on the parts is sparse. The webchat (the only way to ask for info) is slooowww - each time you ask a question its a next day response.
I took a chance that the part I was looking at was the right one and it was.

Very good fast delivery. Initially had an issue paying as didn’t say it wouldn’t except a debit card just kept emailing the next day saying sale wasn’t complete but as soon as I used a credit card it was fine .
