Hi I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order. But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Delivery time good but customer service is poor

Whilst delivery time of the order was good, I’ve given the poor rating because I’ve sent several emails in relation to the order and they haven’t responded. Their communication in relation to specific issues is rubbish. And yes I did check my junk mail but I’ve received nothing. I keep getting emails about surveys, discounts and setting up an account but you don’t reply to what matters - ie customer queries.

I ordered a part for a steam iron as you stipulated on your website delivery 1-3 days which wouldn’t be bad with no iron. However, I have now been waiting 7 days with no forecast and your tracking shows it may have left France 🤔 I wrongly assumed this was a Uk company so there wouldn’t be problem with delivery. I have contacted you by email, again no response apart from the standard reply you had received it.

"1-3 days delivery" is a lie.

I've had this automated email asking for a rating, but my part still has not arrived after ordering a week ago. The website advised "delivery in 1-3 days", but after paying I received an email telling me the part was being shipped from France. Very disappointing. It's a part to fix my fridge/freezer and this close to Christmas the "1-3 days" was very attractive and swayed my decision to buy from this store.

Delivery time was nothing special for £6.95. Delivered 3 top drawer guides for a Hisense dishwasher and the cost was an eye watering £60! I wouldn’t mind if the parts were not prone to fail. 3 drawer runners have fallen apart where the plastic in the wheel mechanism have disintegrated. Dishwasher is only 3.5 years old and these parts are seriously flawed. Steer clear of American Hisense manufactured crap.

I have only just received the motor (18 07 2023) which was ordered on the 8 July 2023. But my main gripe was the packaging. The motor was in a small cardboard box with one bag of air to stop it moving about. This did not last very long judging by the state of the box, and must have been rattling around for some time. Damaged on arrival

Received the small part I ordered and it was physically damaged - the metal corner was bent and distorted. I've been in contact with customer services and they are advising that I need to wait as they need to discuss with the manufacturer. I've asked for a refund instead as I don't see why it should be my problem?

Understand and correctly catalogue your products. Several times I tried to source a shelf for my Indesit fridge. I received 3 product numbers, two of which looked correct and one completely wrong. After some too’ing and fro’ing, I received a message that the parts are no longer stocked and try the manufacturer???

LG Dishwasher baskets

The courier failed to deliver the first time, didn't ring the door bell or knock. Had to pay for the second delivery again. On checking the lower basket I noticed one of the wheels was bent. I took photos and sent them with the email. A week later I'm still waiting for a response.

One week after placing the order and my money being taken I have not received any notification of shipping, so apart from initial e-mail confirming my order I have heard nothing further. I consider this lack of communication to be poor and I would not use this company again.

Paid for three items and only received two advised them straight away no apology or resolution yet. Get the impression they are trying to ignore and dismiss the issue and hope I go away not a quick response. Not good customer after sales and no way to speak to a real person

Generally a reliable company but have been disappointed this time with delivery. As it stands I'm still waiting on my oven elements that are showing as being in France. I would have ordered from elsewhere had it been made known there would be issues with delivery.

When things go wrong the auto e.mail reply from you is not suitable.How do I get an instant response from a question created by your firm if it has generated a further query?.There does not appear anywhere where I can speak to a human to get an immediate response.

My two items arrived in an acceptable time frame. One (fridge door tray) was broken in two places when I unpacked, I took photos and sent to Fixpart. I received an acknowledgement of my email but no customer service or solution and I’m writing this 6days later.

I ordered a part which was the wrong part. I then requested a return . I did not get a reply . I have tried to get in touch to return the item again and it will not let me. There is a mistake with the order number. I emailed again and got no response.

Order a door glass for £38 ended up buying a complete door £101 , which was the wrong door and wrong colour,. So I had to stripe the glass out and fit into old door. Now I am wondering what to do withwasher door with no glass.

No easy to find which part you need.

Unless you know the part Number of what you need it difficult to workout what you need. The part I ordered eas not what I needed. I found the Mrbean2cup Website that has a schematic drawing so you can select the right part.

Product arrived broken

So far don't know as the part arrived broken and I am still trying to get them to accept responsibility. I sent pictures which they have said aren't clear enough so I sent more this morning. A real faff. Very aggravating.

Ordered a small rubber door seal and am still waiting for it 10 days later and it's still at Southampton so will be lucky if I get by next week , it's a good job I'm no hurry for it Speed up delivery !!!!!!!
