Hi I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order. But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Delayed delivery

I have received your request for feedback before the product has even arrived! I ordered on the 12th Jan - it is now 21st Jan and I’m still waiting.

Where do I start? I ordered a replacement drinks shelf for my fridge and assumed 'wrongly' that it was a UK based company only to later find out that it wasn't. I waited 4 weeks for my part to arrive. I was told in an email upon ordering my part I would receive a confirmation email with tracking details. I contacted the company and was told there had been a delay from the manufacturer. I was then given another supply date which was another 2 weeks. After 2 more weeks, nothing!! I again, contacted the company and was then given yet another delivery date. This was now 8 weeks since my initial order. I said it was best that they cancel my order and give me a full refund. Another week later and I got an email saying my part had been dispatched and was in customs awaiting clearance. After 10 weeks on my initial order and payment taken my part finally arrived. I would suggest to anyone from the UK ordering from this company that it could be a long wait for your part to arrive. I just wish they had been a bit more transparent and actually say that deliveries could take months before customers actually receive their part. If you're willing to wait your part will arrive eventually.

Don't trust what they say about delivery times!

The supposed "1 day delivery service" (see attached screenshot) cost an extra £6.95 and was sent using "Chronopost". It in fact arrived 4 days later. The tracking provided was incomprehensible and FixaPart have NO Customer Service phone number. The Courier also only use an"AI Bot" to supposedly deal with late/non delivery! Very frustrating! Our order did finally turn up but was delivered very late. It was extremely over priced and the very expensive (next day) delivery simply a lie! The Customer Service department is useless and they don't read any emails you send before they reply! FixaPart insist the website stated "4 day delivery"... see for yourself the attached screenshot for the truth! Don't trust this company!

Liebherr Fridge Carbon Filter - Misleading and overpriced

Fridge Carbon Filter - Misleading and overpriced. The listing for this Liebherr filter used the identical image (both attached) as the Liebherr site used for a pack of two, but the price appeared slightly lower, so it seemed worthwhile. I was unpleasantly surprised to receive only one filter. Much better to buy these very pricey filters from Liebherr directly at 2 for £42 rather than 1 for £36.29. Not at all wallet friendly as claimed. This issue has happened to other customers but the misleading web page has not changed so far. Complaining did not result in full recognition of the misleading nature of the listing, but a late offer of shipping paid return which is just more hassle compared to a partial refund requested.

Ridiculously expensive.

The part I needed was a piece of plastic the size of a postage stamp. I didnt really mind the cost (£10) because it was paid by the firm who sold me a hob with a bit missing but I was charged £6 for postage. Instead of being sent in an ordinary letter envelope it arrived in a large bubble wrapped package. The £16 item was so small I that it was lost amongst the packaging and I almost threw it away. I wasnt going to complain but you did ask.

The part I have received is wrong, I have followed the instructions on the website but when I press send, nothing happens. I filled in the returns form and it would not send. I have tried customer services form and it would not send. I currently have two oven doors, the original one which is in pieces in a bag and the replacement one that does not fit. Is there another way of sourcing an inner oven door? I have hit a brick wall

Tumble Dryer Belt

Ordered a belt for a tumble dryer and the estimated delivery was 2/3 days. What they don't tell you is the parts are coming from France and of course received the part way over the estimated period (8 days in fact) by which time I had to courier another belt from a different supplier who was not only cheaper (ebay) but significantly quicker as the machine was needed urgently. Communication very poor, would not recommend.

Delivery time good but customer service is poor

Whilst delivery time of the order was good, I’ve given the poor rating because I’ve sent several emails in relation to the order and they haven’t responded. Their communication in relation to specific issues is rubbish. And yes I did check my junk mail but I’ve received nothing. I keep getting emails about surveys, discounts and setting up an account but you don’t reply to what matters - ie customer queries.
