Hi I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order. But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Misleading advertising and wont give a refund

I ordered the part on the basis it was being supplied from the Uk with alead time of 2-4 days on the Wednesday. On the following Monday I chased the order to find out it hadnt been despatched. I needed the part urgently for a washing machine and informed them to cancel as couldnt wait any longer and refund my money. They ignored my request and dispatched that day. Communication is very poor and they have being ignoring my requests for a refund. I will be reporting to my credit card company as had no response. Avoid at all cost.

I bought the part from Fixpart because the website makes it look like its based in the UK and promises delivery in 1-2 working days. I could have bought the part from Bosch in Germany for half the price, but they warn about slow delivery, so I didn't. My part actually came from Fixpart in France and took over a week. Even after it arrived the Royal Mail tracking system said it was in Heathrow. Expensive and slow. Wouldn't use them again.

Terrible Customer Service

I needed a replacement glass shelf for my fridge freezer. Because there were no sizes in the parts descriptions, and there were several different shelves matching the make and model of the fridge freezer, I contacted the customer service department giving the size, make and model of the shelf. I received an email back with a link to a shelf and a message saying it was the one I needed. It was much too big when it came, so I notified them of this fact. After several emails back and forth between three different advisers, I was finally told to send it back, but pay for the postage myself. As I just ordered what I was told I needed, I refused, saying I wanted a prepaid label to return the shelf or I would escalate the complaint to a failure to agree. Eventually I received one, returned the shelf, and got a refund. This whole process took about 3 weeks, several emails, and a lot of stress. I have never had any apology, and the emails were very curt to say the least. It ranked as one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Non existant service...would not recommend

I ordered a part for my washing machine and waited for email confirmation as stated on website. No confirmation came, I waited 4-5 hours. As I had no confirmation I thought the order had not gone through so I placed the order again. Again I had no confirmation. It wasn't until I checked my bank that evening that two payments had been taken from my account. I emailed immediately to say what had happened and that 1 order needed to be cancelled as it was a mistake. The following lunch time I had 2 x confirmation come through to say that my order had been received. I emailed again to try and stop one of the orders...I have had absolutely no response for either email. I have now had 2 x items delivered and have to go through the hassle of sending one part back. This is the first time I have used this company and it will be the last. The service has been non existent and it is near impossible to get hold of anybody. The only way is by email and like I say nobody replies to you. Order at your own risk!

Delivery not arrived after 8 days - apparently in a depot over 250 miles away

Order not yet arrived, 8 days after being placed (they advertised 1-3 days as the items were in stock).They seem to have used a carrier who doesn't know where Wales is - apparently the parcel is in a depot over 250 miles away from us, who claims to have had the items 'out for delivery' at least three times (yeah ... like they are going to put a parcel for North Wales 'out for delivery' multiple times in a parcel depot in Sussex!!). Then, when I queried the non-arrival, the carrier company apparently told the sender that our address was 'incomplete' (It wasn't. I had supplied the full Royal Mail address. It's just nowhere near Sussex.). The sender passed this information on to me 3 days after I had contacted them to ask where the delivery was. Until then, all I had received was an automated 'holding' emal. To improve, I recommend that the company uses a more reliable carrier, which understands British geography, and that they follow up problems more quickly.

Broken Parts Supplied

Ordering this part & the time it took to deliver was very good, and there was good information supplied on when the item was being delivered. However, as you can see from the size of the box, compared to the size of the delicate shelf being sent, and the quantity of the packing material protecting the shelf, was a joke. Its not surprising it arrived smashed up. I didn't take it out of the protective cling film because it was literally smashed & in about 20 parts. Delivery companies don't give a damn about the parcel their delivering, so its up to the the company providing the product to do all that they can, to make sure their product is fully protected on its journey. So for that reason FixPart get a 1 star. If it had arrived not damaged they would have got 5 stars

Very poor service.

Ordered two parts as both showed on the website as in stock and delivery 1-2 working days. They arrived 6 days later and were delivered to the wrong address, luckily a neighbour brought them to me. I contacted customer services via email several times in between ordering and arrival and it always takes ages to get any reply, with all replies just restating the question you have asked or sending through a link which doesn’t work. I cannot see any way of speaking to anyone. When I finally got the two parts one had a fan that was broken in three places - couldn’t go through all this hassle again so ended up taking the fan off my old motor to replace it. Spent £152 on two parts and will definitely not be spending any money with Fixpart any time in the future.

FixPart sent an unsuitable part and refused to refund my payment

I ordered a microwave oven part that FixPart's website explicitly assured me was suitable for my particular oven. No dimensions were given on the website page, and when the part arrived it was too small. I pointed out that I'd made no mistake in the order, and requested my money back, as promised by the website's price-refund guarantee. However, I was told "You've ordered the wrong part", along with complicated instructions on how to return it. I declined, as the postage cost and FixPark 'penalty' would have left me with little to be refunded, and repeated my request for a refund. Instead I received an identical email to the first one. I've no wish to enter an infinite vortex, so I'm drawing a line under it all. But I won't use FixPart again.

Way too s...l...o...w...has not arrived please refund

I ordered a part for my fridge freezer which is icing up alarmingly due to a bent hinge. The order confirmation came on 19th Sept so I expected the 1 to 3 day delivery as indicated on website. I received shipping confirmation on 20th and the tracking indicated it was clear of customs. On 22nd I queried the ETA and was told that it was out of stock but had been ordered but given no indication of when to expect it. The ice build up in FF was now getting really bad so I ordered another from elsewhere I requested a refund from you but got no response. 26th Sep Still no sign of the parts from you. Now a week has passed. I requested a full refund again today. No response. Please refund!!!!!

On-line is great but sometimes a phone call works better

A week of email piing pong and still FixPart Customer Service is unable to get their head round the fact that they have sent me the wrong part - the label on the plastic bag may say it is but what is inside the bag is NOT the right part. (which is very clearly identified on their website). To Improve: A very simple phone call would resolve the matter. Although I have asked them to ring me they just reply with an email. I know using the phone is rather old-fashioned, but it is so simple. Meantime I have a grill which does not work, and if I had fitted the the part as sent I suspect it would at very least be a fire hazard or worse might have electrocuted me!!

Enquiry, what enquiry!!!

I checked out you site for a part. I found the one which I thought was correct. I used your check a part service. I uploaded the photos and details requested. 2 days later I got a reply asking me to send phots and details. I resent them. I got another email thanking me for my enquiry and asking me for model number and photos. I resent them!! Luckily I had taken a chance and ordered the part before the enquiry debacle. It worked perfectly, so thank you for that. Your enquiry service needs tweaking.

Ordered the wrong part and I’m currently have to jump through hoops just to return it. The return process long and frustrating, with long delays between email and all they’re really interested in is making another sale, I asked to return the part and they just asked me what make a model my tv was… it’s been about a week and I’m still no further to returning the part. Also be careful when ordering as I thought I brought a pair of feet for my tv turns out I paid £30 for just 1…

The part I needed I then found on a French supplier’s website at a cost of €2.50 + €4.50 carriage. Unfortunately I had already ordered the same part from yourselves at £10.33 + £6.95 payment and shipping! You will possibly agree as to why I feel I have been overcharged for what in effect is a small plastic stopper. When I first contacted you the price of the part was €9.19 then it was increased to £10.33 when I asked to pay in Pounds Stirling. Very disappointed.

Awful service if not outright dishonest.

The part was advertised as £15 cheaper than the price you billed me for it. I queried this at the time using your online query form and you never replied. You now have the nerve to ask for a positive rating, because let's be honest, that's what you want, but you charged more than advertised and didn't have the courtesy to reply to explain why, let alone honour the advertised price. Awful service, if not outright dishonest.

Really poor service. Item was advertised as in stock and available next day. It actually took over a week and was sent from France. No mention of this on the web site. When I contacted customer service they just kept sending me a link to the tracking which only showed that it hadn't been delivered ! I would never use this business again. There are so many better providers of spare parts. Douglas.

Terrible customer service

Customer service from Katerina is shocking. Wrong part sent. Doesn’t fit the dishwasher. Have sent photos to show difference- this is not good enough. Have explained the difference- this is not good enough. Absolutely horrendous slow unhelpful customer service. Will avoid this company in future and recommend you do the same.
