Hi I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order. But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Total rubbish

Well a phone number would help , Or sending me the wrong part then charging me postage after another email saying you don't even have the correct part . Absolute rubbish service .

Part said delivery within 1-3 days. It wasn’t so was of no use as needed to source elsewhere when it was obvious the agreement would not be met

No refunds, no customer service and environmental concerns

Because FixPart is a .co.uk website, I assumed any returns would be to a UK address, especially considering how prominently they advertise their green credentials. I had a shock when they instructed me to return the part to Italy. I sent the parcel back via Evri 4 weeks ago, but FixPart have since ignored all of my emails requesting an update on this return. I feel completely ripped off.

Wrong part sent but you refuse to refund postage for delivery and return

I ordered a replacement LG fridge - freezer door basket using the online form (no phone number or online chat available). On arrival the new part was the wrong one. I sent a mail to customer services and was asked to to send photos of the old part, the new part, their appliance numbers, and the LG fridge number. I then received a very long email. This told me that the correct part was no longer available (the fridge -freezer is less than 7 years old) and long instructions on how I could return the new part for a refund. This included the demand that I pay the postage costs. This is disgraceful conduct. YOU sent me the wrong part but expect ME to pay for it's delivery and return. After the revelations of the Post Office scandal one would expect other companies to ensure ethical practice. The correct measures for you to take are: 1. An apology for the inconvenience caused by YOUR mistake 2. A full refund of the postage costs for delivery and return. I have not yet returned replacement part as I have not yet been assured that postage costs will be refunded. I find the behaviour of your company beyond belief and await your response with interest.

Absolutely Disgraceful Company.

Your website states that you deliver within 1 working day, and you would leave a note to reschedule delivery if nobody is home. You tried to deliver my part, nobody was home and you did NOT do any of the above. Instead, you said the package was returned. I was then asked to pay a second delivery charge, which I reluctantly did. After waiting 2 WEEKS FOR YOUR DELIVERY AND THE TRACKING SHOWING IT HAD "LEFT FRANCE" FOR A FULL 7 DAYS, I contacted you and you said there was some fault with updating the tracking but my parcel would be delivered soon. I waited another 5 days and contacted you again. Now I have been told that it has been returned as nobody was home! Nobody has tried to deliver anything. I can prove it as we have security cameras which log 24/7. I want a full refund and I will NEVER shop with you again. I advise everyone to not shop with you as your company and your service are appalling. I wouldn't give you one star but there is no option for zero stars.

Hopeless - zero stars

You delivered the part - it arrived broken. I asked you to package it more securely and send again. Replacement arrived, broken in same place, and packaged in exactly the same way. Then you said you had issued a refund, which I hadn't requested. Eventually you said that it was your policy to refund after 2 failed deliveries. You should be sending me a part free of charge for all the inconvenience - 2 weeks without washing machine for family of five with three young children. Had the impression I was communicating with a bot that didn't work during UK working hours. Very poor communication. Apparently you have no confidence in delivering your own parts. Rather than try and fix the problem, you just gave up. What began as a positive experience ended up as a complete fail. I wanted to give 0 stars.

Wrong item supplied

I sent a request to clarify whether the part (fridge shelf) I ordered contained hinges as per the advert. It took 6 emails to get the answer that yes the part contains the hinges I required. https://fixpart.co.uk/product/samsung-da67-02303b-insert I ordered the part and it arrived without the hinges. I am so frustrated that the help service was difficult to get an answer from and when I did they failed to provide the correct answer.

Bought a replacement shelf for my Samsung fridge freezer door, followed the instructions on the website, using the model number as directed, found the shelf and the website confirmed it was compatible with the model number. When it arrived it was obvious it was NOT compatible with my Samsung. Several emails back and forth only to eventually be told that the part I need is not available!!!

Short Delivery - extremely poor service

Ordered 20 off part , received 5 off , progressed via web shop for the balance of the items which we paid for and still awaiting update 3 days later. also checked the same item on the web-shop and still showing as STOCK -1-3 days delivery!! We are still waiting a week later and still no update as to when we will receive

Total failure, use E-Spares instead.

Part, supposedly in stock and due to arrive next day or at least within 3 days, listed to be despatched 10 weeks later, without any notification. Customer support only available by email, with at least two-day response delay. In comparison, E-Spares delivered on the dot within 36 hours via DPD's notified one hour slot.
